The staff were quite nice for the most part. The breakfast was quite good. Good options. The express breakfast saved me when I had a really early morning excursion. The hotel is in a good place for city tours or want to walk to the OVO hydro. Surrounded by good restaurants and pubs and attractions. Clean. Smart TV was good for entertainment.
While the breakfast was good, wish they had options for lunch and dinner.
The bathroom is a bit tiny so if you're wide bodied, the toilet might be quite a hassle.
The £100 pre-authorization felt very unnecessary and I've never heard of hotels charging that. Have not received back my money at the time of this review.
The lift went out of service for like 2 days during my stay. I was lucky to not have to move my luggage up or down the stairs but it was still an inconvenience.
The floorboards are quite noisy (even with the carpet) and walls so thin I could hear whoever was in the room above mine walking around and hear the 4am alarm from the next room. I could barely sleep.

The hotel is a bit old. It was an accessible room and water went everywhere when having a shower.

The location was good and staff were helpful.
Wanted to stay an extra night but the price increased hugely. Also our second night we couldn’t get back into our room after being out all day as the card had been de activated.
The room was cold even the walls were freezing .
We arrivbed in cold weather we asked staff to look into the temperature of the room but realised that staff control the heating from reception

Easy to get to, near concert venue. Staff were amazing! Towels so white and fluffy, shower fantastic and best of all bed was comfortable! What else fo you really need!?
