Staff were lovely and helpful but it lacked a bar and bigger social space - I’d thought this wouldn’t matter but felt like the experience was very much about going back and forth to your room along long corridor .

We spent two nights in the Resident SoHo and had a lovely time. Besides the perfect location, the staff are very kind and extremely helpful, especially Linda (who speaks French, which was nice for me!)

I have been staying here for week every week for the last few months and I’ve never been in the same room twice, so I can speak with some authority on this hotel!

It’s a great location , close to the tube and walkable to lots of London, but tucked back from the action. Even the smallest rooms are well laid out, have a desk and bathroom storage, and the kitchenette is such a good feature. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned every day of your stay with fresh towels. I’ve never had to ask for anything to be replaced/restocked as it is always taken care of.

The team here are so lovely. As a regular customer they always take care of me and have been kind enough to upgrade me when they can. When I arrived at the hotel after my father’s funeral they had arranged flowers and chocolates for my room.

Can’t recommend it enough.

I have also become a regular at the neighbouring Pizza Express which has a jazz club in the basement!

Great location, easy access to the Elizabeth Line and only 2 stops from Paddington, hotel staff were very welcoming right from the start to finish, rooms and hotel were clean and tidy,

This is without question the finest hotel I’ve experienced during any trip to London. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed and impeccably managed. The boutique style gives it real character, while the rooms are finished to an impressively high standard — elegant décor, premium touches, and spotless throughout. It’s clear that great attention is paid to comfort and detail.
The location is another huge advantage. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac just moments from the energy and vibrancy of central London, it offers the perfect balance — you’re only seconds from the action, yet the rooms remain wonderfully peaceful and quiet at night.
What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Carlos, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Our visit was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. We’re already looking forward to returning — highly recommended.
