Great service at a great location

We enjoyed returning to this hotel at a convenient location with great service that offered a family room to accommodate 3 travelers. The service was consistently friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the Tottenham Court Underground stop (Elizabeth line) and walking distance to many plays. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was helpful. Even though there was a delay in getting the room ready, the staff went out of their way to give us a place to rest after our overseas arrival until the room was ready. Room was modern and clean and comfortable. Great stay!

Best hotel in London!
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Soho. Very cosy, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were so polite, friendly and kind to my child. Really loved this hotel and we will be back!

Ideal location in London with a nights sleep
Pros:

The team at The Resident Soho amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very big and clean throughout and bathroom was a wet room. The bed and pillows were amazing and I had one of the better nights sleeps that I can remember. Ideally located for all shopping areas in London, very highly recommended.

Pros:

I really loved everything about my side. The front desk was super friendly. My room is available a little bit early. The room was clean. It was big. It was quiet. The bed was great. The pillows were great. They cleaned it every day which was super nice. They’re very responsive. Definitely will come back
