Reception very friendly

Shame the spa treatments were closed due to health and safety

Spoons on tea tray were flighty and sticky, telephone in room needs a good clean, hairs in bath

Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a reasonable size. The bathroom was clean. It had complimentary toiletries and plenty of towels.

Cons:

There wasn't a plug near the bed in our room which is needed for cpap machine so we had to move the bed.

Pros:

The hotel is in a nice area and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The swimming pool is freezing and the jacuzzi is very rarely on and is also very cold. The leisure facilities really let this hotel down and this was the main reason for booking thus hotel. I was very disappointed with this and so was my daughter.

Cons:

A big corner sticking out . My wife hite her dead on it. Wast of money. Will never stay at that hotel again. They won't even listen to my complaint. We just felt after a hour.

HOTEL FROM HELL

I.....l was in a room and there was construction on the roof above and the wind was howling into the room and the plastic sheeting on the roof was rattling......l asked for another room and they said there was no room left in the hotel.....impossible to sleep. I have audios of the noise
2.....on 2nd day there the Next room had quite a few people in who were drinking and very noisy until 2am.....
I could not sleep due to the eind coming through the roof and next door.
3.....l was asleep for a brief moment and the hotel staff knocked on my door at 11pm on the second night to bring me a bucket of ice? They had the wrong room.
4...My phone was having problems so l asked reception to make an international call and they said they do not have the facility?
5....Mould and filth in bathroom and l have pictures
6.....cutlery at breakfast was dirty with dried food on and l showed the staff.

I felt the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. And although a little dated . You can see they're doing work on improving them as smell of fresh paint on windows and window ledge

Would go again but sort the spa pool out
Pros:

Had good gym facilities, room was clean, shower was great.

Cons:

The spa pool was the coldest spa pool we’ve ever been I. It was colder than the main pool a point that several other guests also mentioned.
