Clean and nice staff

This is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Unfortunately, when we arrived late in the evening after a long drive received an assignment to a room, which was less than we expected. We were on the fourth floor, which was great, but they assigned us to an ADA style room, which was not what I had asked for or needed. Due to the late hour and our exhaustion, we were too tired to ask for them to change our accommodations. It seems to me that the room should’ve been saved for someone who needed it. I didn’t need to look at all of the equipment. The bed was low and uncomfortable. We were disappointed with our one night stay. When we went downstairs for breakfast, the breakfast bar had not been maintained and we had to ask for more provisions. It took a long time for it to be replenished.

Great hotel - clean and comfortable all around. Wonderful bed! We had breakfast outside on the terrace, which was lovely. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the coffee maker in the room, it’s the very cheap kind of coffee that much lower grade motels use. In many other hotels of Fairfield’s standard, Keurig machines are the norm now.

Overall it was ok. Staff at breakfast was nice. I had a late check out @12:30. At 12:30, housekeeping was knocking at my door. I was trying to write a note thanking them and also apologizing I didn’t have more cash (it was only $4) and and also finish getting ready to leave. He was very rude. I have never been rushed out of my room in any of the hotels I’ve stayed at. Fairfield was recommended but I will not stay there ever again.

Food ran out at breakfast with 40 minutes to go. Not well stocked or attended. Quality was not worth the expense. I left a docking station and was notified promptly and recovered it on way home. Good customer service.

New remodel. We asked for a room on the third floor facing the mountains and enjoyed the view. The ladies at the front desk were especially helpful.

There is a restaurant about a block away that is easily walkable. The food is fine. And it’s so nice not to have to get back in the car.

It was calming to be able to sit beside the fire pit and enjoy the sunset. Very friendly management here. Their attitude is to make the guest as comfortable as possible.

The room right here is higher than in other hotels in the area, but we wanted something we could count on. It was well worth it to us.

Only complaint with the new room design is that they’re using the air conditioners with the sensors that “know” when you’re in the room. It does NOT keep the room cool for the entire night. You have to get up and move around or change the temperature setting to make it come on again. I don’t know who thought of these things but it’s ridiculous! I hope someone in Marriott Corporate will pay attention to these comments.

Breakfast was ok but add more variety

1. Bathroom Amenities: There was no hair conditioner provided in the shower, but instead two bottles of shampoo. Additionally, the body lotion appeared to have already been opened and used, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint.
2. Pillow Quality: There was no option to choose from different types of pillows, and the ones provided were of very poor quality. They lacked support, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep.
3. Breakfast Meat Options: The buffet breakfast offered very limited meat options. The only available choice was spicy sausages, which may not suit everyone’s taste.

It was exactly where I wanted to spend the night. It’s clean and the check in was smooth.

The only negative was that the AC unit had some vibration.

Was very cozy after a long night of traveling with young kids. Breakfast was decent - good quick selections.
