Convenient to family in jupiter
Had to pre pay with no refund for cancellation or reservation change. I used the local website to book, how did I end up on Booking.com?

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was deeply disappointing.
I checked in at 9:00 AM and were told the room would be ready by 1:00 PM. By 3:30 PM there was still no text, no update, and no way to contact the front desk directly. Communication at this hotel is virtually nonexistent, which forced us to return in person just to find out what was going on.
When I finally received a room, the issues continued. The television did not work, and a simple request for regular pillows was acknowledged but never fulfilled.
The overall lack of communication and follow through was striking. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, across all categories, and while this property is marketed as a three star hotel, the service experience felt closer to one star.
To make matters worse, the front desk associate who handled our initial check in was indifferent at best and unprofessional in demeanor. Hospitality starts with people, and that piece was entirely missing here.
This property has potential, but until communication and basic service standards improve, I would not recommend it.
Jupiter, Fl Courtyard Marriott was clean and the staff was friendly. Good parking. The breakfast was excellent. Aráis Pineiro went above and beyond to ensure the Buffett remained fully stocked. Ideal location, Starbucks is walking distance as well
Dog and cat smell asked for new room then this AM the maid knocked at my door very early after getting in very early from road this AM. She said the do not disturb sign had fallen. Not sure how or why but if it has fallen then this is a sign that the person DOES NOT WANT TO BE DISTURBED. Customer concern should come first not cleaning rooms!
Weren’t up front about pool being closed. Room cleaning every other day. Advertised breakfast included. No breakfast. Went to have drink at bar last nite. Bar closed at 8
Girl at check-in was as nice as you could be. Didn’t take long at all…

Great stay overall… just breakfast does not have many options.
Good location in Downtown Abacoa. Walking distance to food and several drinks options. Across the street from the baseball stadium. 7 minute drive to Alton shopping center. 15 minute drive to the beach. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Free parking.
Checking was super easy. Front desk staff very nice and pleasant. They have Starbucks! Can’t wait fur a delicious coffee in morning :)
