Great Accomdation but don't have the breakfast.
Pros:

Great large rooms with lovely views. Staff extremely polite and well trained.

Cons:

Breakfast was actually one of the worst I've ever had. The cooked offering was tasteless dry and the quality of bacon and sausages dreadful. Also only offering basic sliced bread in a place claiming to be luxurious really missed the mark.

Disaster - uncaring staff.
Pros:

It’s always a good location.

Cons:

They cancelled our booking by mistake. We then had to pay a second time and had no accommodation for the following night as planned. They made it out as if it was my mistake and/or booking.com. Actually it was their error - for which they have apologised but they ruined our weekend.

Well done, our stay was amazing!
Pros:

Celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and could not thank the team enough for making our experience so special. A range of special personalised touches with our meals, room and massage highlighted that little extra care from the team to make our stay memorable - thank you.

Always reaches our expectations
Pros:

Having visited lots of times as a couple and with our family, it always reaches our expectations. Excellent food beautiful room ( ocean view room )

Pretty good
Pros:

Nice building and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Breakfast was satisfactory. Lovely views.

Cons:

The room we booked had an image of a proper balcony with outdoor sitting area on Booking.com. in reality our room had basically just a large window that you could fully open.

I also would suggest they get more comfy bed toppers as I could feel the springs and where the two single mattresses connected.
