Excellent place, highly recommended.
Pros:

just one night stay but got complimentary upgrade to premium ocean view room and it was fantastic. Panoramic view of the property, massive room and one the most comfortable bed I experienced in a very long time. there was complimentary heart shaped cookies - so good. The vibe was spot on.

Cons:

Many TV movies and series were paid option- after spending so much money on the room, it should have been included. Not a deal breaker but will be good to consider.

Facilities were wonderful. Staff very friendly and efficient

Cons:

The room was enormous, it really could have taken 2 double or queen beds which would have been more comfortable than 2 single beds.

Back again!
Pros:

We just finished a 3 night stay. It was our second time at this location (yes, we have stayed at other RACV locations) & we weren't disappointed. They really do know how to get it right. Attentive without being intrusive, good food, great facilities and a well appointed room with a view. Nothing more to say really but competitors should book in so they can see how it's done!

Quiet, calm and relaxing. The bedroom was large. Food was very good. Excellent facilities.

Cons:

No water on the first day for a long period of time. Unable to flush the toilet.

fantastic resort
Pros:

Huge room, clean and modern with great outlook (golf view room). The resort has everything - great gym, lap pool, free games room for the kids (and not so little kids), under cover parking and the bed was super comfy.
we ate at the main restaurant and the food was superbly cooked - we went back the next night and the food quality was the same - excellent. I think the chef's name was Michael? - The duck was the best cooked duck I've ever had.
All the staff are super friendly.
