The location was right next to all amenities and the attached restaurant is a great bonus which had good food. Close to downtown. The hotel is lovely and the jacuzzi suite was perfect!
The room was not cleaned and even when I asked for the room to be cleaned, I piled all the dishes in one area and they left dirty cups above the hotel mini bar area.
The cleaning staff did not clean to standard but made the bed.
There was a leftover coffee grounds inside the coffee maker from the previous guests.
The hottub was broken but that was not mentioned anywhere or when I called to inquire about a booking.
The hotel is also right next to a railroad track and the trains shook the room and bed, it was so loud! Another thing they should have mentioned when I called to inquire about a booking. The hotel was nice but overall I was not impressed with the cleaning staff. The room made me feel gross knowing it wasn’t cleaned properly.
I know there was more, however this is what i remember and both myself and my partner were absolutely unimpressed.

Hot tub not working and pool too cold to swim
We had booked into the hotel, and when we arrived, the most amazing Dinuka explained that we had booked a room on the side of the hotel that faces the train - she upgraded our room to the other side of the hotel that looked out over the park and river - amazing.
The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Maintenance was being done on the hot tub, which wasn't idea,l but we were told that we could use the one down the road at the YMCA and it would be charged to the hotel.
The staff was helpful and great
My hide a bed sheets were dirty with juice stain, crumbs and hair, bed was not so comfortable and I couldn't adjust the temperature properly, it was either to hot or cold...otherwise I love the location, staff and restaurants. I will be back
The room was well appointed and relatively quiet. The staff was warm and welcoming.
Honestly, there wasn’t really anything bad to say. The only complaint I have were the pillows. They look great when the bed is made because they are really thick, but when you go to actually sleep on them, they are quite hard. I should have said something to the staff and asked for different pillows. So that’s on me. I would definitely stay here again anyway.
Good location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Clean and comfortable. Free underground parking.
