It was a bed for the night but we were glad to get away.
Pros:

To be honest, not a lot. The staff were helpful and friendly though, and our car was parked securely.

Cons:

In spite of having a white noise machine and earplugs, nothing could make up for the horrible train noise which went on and on. A soaking wet towel had been left in our bathroom and there was a rather odd smell in the room. We were booked for 2 nights but left after one.

A nice getaway

Cons:

You felt very informal they didn't have much interaction and when I ordered from the restaurant and they got the order completely wrong and I had to go back three times and being disabled it was hard to do that

Felt very safe and comfortable, nice look out of river and city.
Pros:

Underwhelmed and overpriced, 2.5 - 3 star at best
Pros:

Location was great, across from park, river and arena. Moxies and shark club are attached. Other eateries and shops within walking distance

Cons:

We booked a park view, but the windows were so dirty and filmed we could hardly see out. Halls were filthy. A small fridge, microwave and kettle were provided, but I could not open the fridge. Their justification for the high room cost was that they are a four star hotel, they are not.

Our main complaint is that the Jacuzzi should be bigger considering it’s a king suite mean for two p
Cons:

We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM and the room wasn’t even ready. They said they still had to clean it. This was two hours after the original check-in times. Then once we finally checked in the room wasn’t very clean and the curtain was messed up so we couldn’t close the curtains. The room was pretty dirty considering they said they cleaned it.

Pros:

The front desk staff was excellent, and we felt very welcome. Even the housekeeper said "hello."

Cons:

The bathtub didn't drain well, but that's the only thing I didn't like.

Pros:

Clean , tidy, and the room was spacious

Cons:

We were told on arrival, that our room faces the train tracks and could be noisy and the a white noise machine to help with the noise.
Also, there was a fire alarm, which was unavoidable, but the next morning it wasn’t acknowledged by the team the next morning, either by way of an explanation or apology.

Too loud and dirty room
Pros:

The location was right next to all amenities and the attached restaurant is a great bonus which had good food. Close to downtown. The hotel is lovely and the jacuzzi suite was perfect!

Cons:

The room was not cleaned and even when I asked for the room to be cleaned, I piled all the dishes in one area and they left dirty cups above the hotel mini bar area.
The cleaning staff did not clean to standard but made the bed.
There was a leftover coffee grounds inside the coffee maker from the previous guests.
The hottub was broken but that was not mentioned anywhere or when I called to inquire about a booking.
The hotel is also right next to a railroad track and the trains shook the room and bed, it was so loud! Another thing they should have mentioned when I called to inquire about a booking. The hotel was nice but overall I was not impressed with the cleaning staff. The room made me feel gross knowing it wasn’t cleaned properly.
I know there was more, however this is what i remember and both myself and my partner were absolutely unimpressed.
