Don't let the phots fool you.
They use a space heater to heat the room. I had to unplug. The TV to plug the heater in.
Dirty rugs. Nasty dirty smudges and filth on the main door,on the inside! Terrible water temperature, took forever to get the hot water flowing. TINY room.

The room was just ok but the location and view of the beach from the balcony made this place worth the cost.

Great 2 bedroom clean rooms. Perfect location to beach! Very nice staff!

Great place to stay for the Smuttynose 1/2 marathon. Close to the start and bib pickup

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the beach and the low price.
The room was small but quite nice with a very comfortable bed. I was also pleased to find a small refrigerator. WiFi was good.
Odd item - this room had no closet, but that was okay. I don't always use a closet. Other rooms do have closets.

Quick walk across the street and our feet were in the sand!

Amazing location, pretty run down though. We stayed in e family apartment which was actually pretty clean, but outdated and in need of some repairs. The battery in the door also died or malfunctioned so the key fob didn’t work and they had no way of getting us in the room, so the maintenance guy (Dave, who was amazing) had to rip the AC out of the window and we ended up crawling in and out of the window all night/ the next morning. While Dave was working on the door/window situation, the toilet flush fell out, so he then fixed that for us (it was midnight at this point and he was still so nice.) We asked for a discount because we had been locked out 2 times and then jaded to use the window, they gave us $30 off $300, which wasn’t great but at least something. I don’t know that I’d stay for the prices again, except they were friendly, it was pretty clean, the 2 bedrooms were really convenient, and the location can literally not be beat.

The shower was extremely small.

The staff was good the only good reason to stay in this hotel is because the area other than that no so much. I’m sorry just being honest.
Ac wasn’t working well. Not clean, only give one pillow per person.

Very run down property. Smells bad. Toilet was practically hitting the sink.

It was a once in a lifetime experience. Meaning i will not room here again for the price i paid again in my lifetime.

Off sight parking. Had to walk up to 3rd floor even though place nearly vacant Shower was so small I couldn't even turn around in it.

Ocean view was great!

It was a cute room. Good for a one nightstand

The parking *lot* was atrocious. Nearly impossible to maneuver.
The room was clean but we could hear all the adjacent rooms.

Is in a great location to people watch and get across to the beach. There is no elevator so make sure you pack only what you need to limit trips up and down stairs. Down fall was we had an ocean front room and was in the middle we had smokers in both side so was hard to keep slider open to enjoy air or to be out in the deck in general should put them on too floors

Only complaint i have was the bed was harder then a prison bunk. Other then that for the price and location it is what it is and was perfectly fine. We werent vacationing in Hampton to sit in our room we slept in the room and were gone the rest of the time.

Hotel right on the strip, close to the casino ballroom. Comfortable bed

Fast easy check-in and fast easy check out beautiful room looking out at the ocean me and my fiancé loved it A++++++
