Pros:

We wanted to check out the casino so the fact it was all connected was very nice.

Cons:

The office staff was hardly friendly and gave no information on elevators and how you have to use the room key.

If you are in Evansville to gamble, might as well stay at the hotel!
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Front desk service was really friendly. Skybridge that connects directly to the casino is a big win. Well stock snack bar and a few different food options in and around the casino. The location of the premise within downtown Evansville literally couldn't be better. Oh and free parking!

Cons:

The hotel does show it's age a bit. Certains parts of the facility were not used or were otherwise closed. The rooms themselves did it's job (we could sleep!); however, walls are not the thickest. That being said, if you are going to be hitting the slots for a day or two, it's minor annoyances.

Bally’s fell short to my expectations of cleanliness, but the location was good.
Pros:

Bathroom was updated & clean. Location to my event was good.

Cons:

The smoke smell inside the casino was horrendous. The carpets throughout the casino & hotel were very worn and dirty. Front desk clerk was not friendly.

Nothing to like about this property. Location is the only plus side of this property

Cons:

Over 6 days, we received service 3 times, and last night I had to go to the front desk to get coffee refills; the staff didn't provide any. The parking lot is filthy, full of trash. Walking into the hotel from the parking garage, we didn't feel safe. There are always people hanging around the casino entrance by the parking garage. Not the safest environment.
