Would not stay there again and would not recommend to anyone.

Cons:

No cleaning services the whole 4 days we stayed there. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. Poorly managed :(

Lovely room, comfortable beds, very clean, beautiful view of Palmerston North and excellent staff.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. The room was a good size, beds very comfortable, lovely view of Palmerston North and everything was clean & well organised.

Cons:

Couldnt turn off the Air conditioning unit which was really loud but we still slept well.

Excellent service, location and my apartment had great amenities.
