My stay was adequate.
Pros:

I love the location basically right on the Square

Cons:

I didn't realy like my room location this time, Room 305 which was right by the external air con fans that were a constant noise.

Pros:

easy check in, centrally located and clean comfortalbe room

Cons:

off site parking but understandable given central location. TV channels limited unless you hooked personal device to the Smart TV system.

Spacious which was good

Cons:

Very poor service and in room facilities such as TV access. Mgt had to log in for goodness sake!!! wifi kept dropping out. Only response was "no one is having issues. I checked my lap top at other venues with no problems. My iphones were okay.

This place is not at Ramada hotels standard.
Fridge leaked, TV only has 1 channel, Aircons were very noisy, pillows were rubbish,
