cheap, nasty, & scary, didnt feel safe if there was a fire.
Pros:

air con worked well and love foamy spare blanket

Cons:

balcony was a joke, toilet seat loose, stove top wouldn't work, furniture cold hard and uncomfortable, no hangers in closet, TV impossible to figure out, stereo a joke as i could hear a faint noise of static radio when off but wouldn't work when on and a CD player is so dated and unusable, beds too low too small and cheap, bubbly foam spewed out of drain in bathroom after a shower and tv in bedroom wouldn't even turn on let alone work, bread board was filthy and embarrassingly unhygienic, parking out front impossible to get one so therefore very tricky to load luggage safely and securely plus the one and only trolley was wobbly and very difficult to fit through doors and into the lift with 2 people.

Overall it was disappointing as we had to eat out for almost all meals.
Pros:

Location to everything in Palmy and good parking option under the hotel

Cons:

We had no toaster and the oven was inoperable the bin was broken, had a near empty box of tissues and not enough toilet paper

On next visit I will be staying here.
Pros:

Location was ideal, central to all amenities. View of the Square at night is stunning. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Shame the windows were not double glaze as the street noise was a bit loud.

Pros:

Amazing location, very clean. Friendly staff and free parking outside during the weekend made it very convenient. Good sized rooms and close to lots of cafes

Cons:

Bed was made out of two single beds which were at different heights meaning the bed was on a angle. Would have preffered a double bed. We asked for this to be changed or to be compensated but nothing changed.

Fine for one night, good location but could be cleaner.
Pros:

Great location, nice view, quiet and warm room.

Cons:

Incorrect room on arrival, lack of staff availability, mismatched glasses, cups and wine glasses, crockery and cutlery not completely clean, not enough cutlery, fridge too cold and froze our milk and food.
