Excellent value, convenient location, spotless
Pros:

Everything was as expected, toilet and rooms were spotless, great value for money. Staff was perfect in helping us with ferry timings to Labuan, and gave us helpful advice regarding Brunei's attractions.

Cons:

Wished restaurant was operational.

Very friendly staff and excellent help with transport
Pros:

The staff at The Capital Residence Suites were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast was the main disappointment. The food was quite poor and there were very limited options for children, so our kids struggled to find something they wanted to eat.

On the positive side, the hotel provided a complimentary transfer, which was excellent and very convenient. The staff also helped us find a driver for the whole day, and we were very grateful for that — it made exploring much easier.

Overall, the service and helpful attitude of the staff were the strongest points of our stay.

Excellent pick for Brunei
Pros:

Good size room and bathroom, helpful staff, good breakfast and excellent value for money on city tours and free transfer to airport.

Cons:

Location was a bit tricky if you wanted to walk anywhere.

Excelente servicio de un hotel céntrico y moderno
Pros:

Gracias a las excursiones y tours facilitados por el hotel pude visitar lo principal de la ciudad en un día. Es un servicio muy completo y útil! También valoro el transfer gratuito para ir del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa. Esas atenciones, aparte de la limpieza, la comodidad de las habitaciones y la amabilidad del personal, hacen que este hotel resalte entre todos. Enhorabuena!

Cons:

El desayuno es correcto pero poco variado. En la habitación no hay ningún mueble donde se puedan dejar ni la maleta ni las pertenencias.

Pros:

工作人员认真负责，态度温和，我的银行卡用不了，现金又没有零钱，工作人员让我先入住，第二天再付费，我觉得这是一种信任。我订的房间不算宽敞，但是包早餐和来回接送，已经非常值得了。下次如果再去，我还会选择住在这里。
