スタッフはとっても親切！
Pros:

観光地やナイトマーケットまでの行き方、Dartの使い方などを丁寧に教えてくれました。
スタッフがみな笑顔で親切なので、声をかけやすく、気持ちよく滞在できました。

Cons:

ラマダン中のため、朝食ビュッフェの代わりに部屋食になったのですが、質・量ともに満足できるものではありませんでした。

到着してすぐに夕食を食べにスタッフに教えてもらったナイトマーケットまで歩いて行きました。時間的には10分もかからない距離でしたが、日没後は野犬が数匹うろうろしていて怖い思いをしました。

他の方の口コミに、市内の主要な観光地への無料送迎があったと書いてありましたが、今はやっていないそうです。

Hotel zum abgewöhnen
Pros:

Wenig. Irgendwie war die gesamte Zeit irgendwie „gedrückt“. Möchte damit ausdrücken, niemand half richtig, kein lächeln, nur funktionieren.
Fairerweise muss ich den kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen loben. Allerdings las ich das Angebot erst während meines Aufenthalts. booking.com sollte darauf hinweisen, denn dann hätte ich mir 51€ Abzocktaxi für 6 KM oder 15 Minuten ersparen können.

Cons:

Die Auszeichnungen aus 2017 und 2018 von z. B. Tripadvisor deuten auf bessere Zeiten hin. Ich kann allen nur empfehlen niemals während Ramadan dort zu übernachten. Mein Frühstück wurde mir (abends musste ich einen Wunschzettel ausfüllen) morgens im Flur auf einen Stuhl gestellt. Nebenan im Radisson wurde normal bedient. In Restaurants können Nicht-Muslime jederzeit Essen und Trinken! Nur hier nicht!

Would recommend as an overnight transit hotel.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, hospitable and accomodating. The free airport shuttle to and from the hotel is an amazing service, especially if you're only after a one night stay because of overnight transit in Brunei and don't want to look around Brunei. I requested shuttle service but wasn't aware that I needed to fill in a further Google form within 24 hrs of the service, but despite this the hotel and the staff very kindly accomodated my pickup request. The bathroom was clean enough. Far better than just camping overnight in the departure hall.

Cons:

The rooms, while clean, showed a bit of wear and tear and aging.
The included breakfast wasn't great and was cold, but I understand that there's typically a buffet that wasn't offered when I stayed because of Ramadhan, which is completely understandable.

Good for a few days in Brunei

The room is pretty small, but silent, comfy bed, coffee, tea, toiletries provided, free water refilling station, good Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle service, friendly staff

Cons:

WLAN instabil
Frühstück ziemlich dürftig, und bereits gegen halb neun kann man nur noch auf den Boden von Pfannen und Töpfen sehen, aufgefüllt wurden die Speisen trotz Nachfrage nicht mehr; ein ordentlicher Kaffee wäre auch was Feines.
Betten sind recht hart
