호텔의 규모와 크기는 만족한다. 그러나 식사는 호텔의 위상에 비해 초라하다. 메뉴가 추가되면 좋겟다.

Lovely staff and excellent breakfast buffet

The hotel itself was lovely. The staff was friendly. However, the air conditioner in my room and my friend's room didnt work properly. We called the front desk who sent someone to mess with the buttons, and they claimed it was working. But, we had the AC set at 15°C (just to cool it down), and it never got below 23°C. It was an uncomfortable night of sleep.

The room smells like mould

Hotel room was nice and the view of the bay view was great. Nothing was open at the pool and the services seemed limited. Avoid the Chinese restaurant as the prices are substantially higher than anywhere else.

I enjoyed the beautiful Lobby, big room and good breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay here for my partner birthday! They put on a little cake and it was a lovely touch. The hotel itself is massive. Ha Long itself as a city, is very odd. Loads of empty buildings, just waiting to be filled. However, the hotel itself was perfect, (very, very) comfy bed, amazing bathrooms, good little gym and pools. The breakfast spread was excellent, no faults!!
Just be aware that reception was a cash deposit for 100,000,000 Vietnamese money- or equivalent USD. As card deposits take forever to get back apparently.

This hotel was a gambling place serving only to Chinese guests. Most of the people staying here are Chinese men going here to gamble and looking for prostitution. I would not recommend this place to family with young children.

Not too much shops nearby. Night market is a bit far and about 10 mins by cab.

Great hotell with Nice rooms and exceptional service. Breakfast was okay, typical chinese dishes. Didn’t appreciate that smoking was allowed in the lobby etc, since I find the smell nausiating

This is a good hotel. On arrival the staff were friendly and check in was fairly smooth although there was a language barrier. If you are an English speaking guest it will be a little more difficult than in some of the other hotels in Vietnam we stayed. Our room was as we had expected, it overlooked Halong Bay and was in good condition and very clean. The indoor hotel swimming pool and spa facilities were excellent. My wife and daughter especially enjoyed their massage. We didn’t use the casino but for those inclined the option is there. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good but should you wish to eat outside then there are restaurants within 10 minutes walk or an inexpensive taxi ride away. There will be more options to dine out in the near future as there is a development close by that will offer further dining options and retail in the near future. We would stay here again in the future when visiting Halong

The room is very good but just avoid the restaurant. The menu is big and interesting on the paper but sea foods were out of stock... the service in the restaurant is low level. We ordered one soup but got 2, we had to ask severyl times to get a glass of water. So I recommend to book this hotel for the room and the casino if you like, but not more.

Overnight stay from Hanoi to go on a boat trip the next day. Enormous modern hotel but few guests. It seems to be a casino resort for Chinese visitors (sign saying Vietnamese not admitted to casino). Staff helpful but not all speak English. Very good breakfast included. Good value and nice view of the bay. 10min walk to village and 15min drive to Ferry Terminal but taxis very cheap. Staff can organise car trips back to Hanoi or elsewhere. Large construction site across the road but no noise at night. I would certainly recommend staying on the land and going for a day cruise if you want to save money.

For a five star hotel, the staff don’t know a word of English which is very disappointing and so difficult to communicate. The location is not suitable at all as it’s far away from everything. Room service menu is limited and over priced. The room is good but then again the fridge wasn’t working. Overall, not a good place and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone nor will I ever return to this hotel again. You shouldn’t call yourselves a 5 star hotel either.

lovely hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful. breakfast was great. really enjoyed our stay.
