We asked if they can heat up the pool for the kitchen kids. The receptionist said she would talk to the person in charge but it will take time. Two hours later and it was the same. Then, she said we will let him know tomorrow. Tomorrow was also the same!

Our experience this weekend was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment our swim team from Richmond, Virginia, arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home.
Matthew, the bartender, was fantastic all weekend—so friendly, attentive, and supportive of our entire group. Matthew went above and beyond his assigned duties to make our team feel welcome.
Betty, the general manager, made our check-in smooth and seamless, which was a huge help with such a large team.
Victoria, the guest services manager, and Cecilia, the overnight manager, were both amazing—so welcoming and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our stay exceptional. The housekeeping staff also deserves a huge shoutout for keeping everything spotless and comfortable throughout the weekend.
Also a huge shoutout to the amazing breakfast crew (Tatiana and Katrina) for taking such great care of our kids early every morning! They were up bright and early with big smiles, plenty of hot food, and endless patience for a pack of hungry swimmers, which made those crack-of-dawn starts so much easier for all of us. Their warmth and energy helped kick off each meet day on the perfect note, and our team coaches and chaperones were so grateful for how well everyone was fed and looked after.
If you’re traveling with a swim team, soccer group, or any large event, this hotel is the place to stay! The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our whole experience unforgettable. Highly, highly, recommend!
The pool is very small
Staff was nice, however rooms, facilities, cleanliness were sub par for the money.
Pool was not working, got sent to next facility to use the pool that was very dirty
