Tolles Hotel für Aktivity-Urlauber
Pros:

Ambiente, Farbkonzept, Ausstattung: Toll für Mountainbiker, Wanderer…, mit Fahrradwaschmöglichkeit und Reparatur-Insel im Foyer, Lage, Service, Frühstück: große Müsliauswahl mit Vollkorn, Nachhaltigkeit.

Sehr schön, wären die vielen Raucher nicht gewesen wäre es perfekt für uns

Die Lage , das tolle Frühstück, die moderne zweckmäßige Einrichtung ,die Sauberkeit . Man konnte sich sogar tagsüber mit seiner Zimmer Karte Kaffee nachholen, was ich leider erst am letzten Tag gelesen habe.

Cons:

Die Belüftung im Bad ging nicht. 20 € am Tag für einen Hund nicht mal eine Wasserschüssel vorhanden oder Kotbeutel fand ich übertrieben. Den Parkplatz muss man extra bezahlen ein Euro am Tag naja… am meisten haben uns die vielen Raucher gestört. Es ist ein Sporthotel Familienhotel und auf dem Balkon wurde das Rauchen geduldet, was nachts ein Problem war. Wenn man die Gäste darum bat, es einzustellen, sagten sie nur pampig ich soll meine Balkontüre schließen. Es wird ja wohl noch das Rauchen erlaubt sein. Da mein Sohn Asthma hat, finde ich das eine Unverschämtheit wollte sie schon beim Hotel Personal melden, aber das war dann eh unser letzter Tag.

Super Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer (in meinen Fall mit Bergblick), tolles Frühstück. Preis/Leistung sehr gut

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Reinigungskräfte sind auch hervorzuheben, denn sie müssen viel leisten, in einem kurzem Zeitraum.
Der Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Ich empfehle geruchsempfindlichen Menschen das Hotel nicht, denn es wird im ganzen Hotel ein Reinigungsmittel benutz, der sehr unangenehm riecht.
Der Dampfbad riecht extrem nach Kernseife. Darf jeder entscheiden was er darüber denkt, ich persönlich finde es unangenehm.

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet- für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Tolle Lage des Hotels- Blick auf die Berge vom Zimmer aus, Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe, sowohl Königssee als auch Schönau fußläufig zu erreichen. Moderne Ausstattung. Sauber. Zuvorkommende, höfliche Mitarbeitende- egal, in welcher Position/Funktion.
