It’s great very close to the night life I would have never found it so great

Filthy room, there was a bug on my bed when we first walked in. Nastiest place I’ve stayed before, walked in and walked right out. No refund unfortunately

Billigt hotel som ligger centralt! Dog rigtig meget larm fra Khao San Road til kl 6 om morgenen plus larmende gæster på gangene natten lang! Derudover er sengene virkelig hårde

Awful. bugs smashed on the wall, paint peeling off, other people’s things left in the room, lamp was on the ground. Walked in and left within 5 minutes, worst place i’ve ever been too. Not to mention they would not even consider a refund, disgusting!

カオサンど真ん中！
屋台(服屋)の間にある為、画像で確認しておかないとわかりにくい場所です。
部屋は広めですが、殺風景。
バルコニー付きは喫煙できます。
カオサンど真ん中なので、朝方まで音は聞こえますが、カオサンで遊ぶには便利！
ホテル最上階(6F)にもバーがあります。
１泊2000円程度なので、荷物が置けてカオサンで遊んで寝る方なら良いと思います。
カオサンで私が泊まった安ホテルの中でスタッフが笑顔だったのはここぐらい。
シャワー水圧は低めですが、お湯は出ます。
金庫の使い方がわからず。
ドライヤーレンタルなし。
また泊まるかと聞かれると、他が空いてなかったらありかな〜、、、

Dirty facilities, very noisy, very uncomfortable bed, no sleep, bed bugs

Très bon accueil. Quand à l’hôtel il aurait besoin de rénovation.

毎日カオサンで楽しみたい方には好立地。
エレベーターもあり、最低限の設備はあるため、
安く泊まりたい方にはよいです。
カオサンに実質面しているため、朝まで飲食店の
音が、聞こえてきます。
スタッフは好印象。

The most horrible place you can find.
There is a discotheque bellow the hotel.

It is not just noisy, even with noise cancelling headphones you can feel the basses.
We needed to stay overnight for flight early morning. At 04:00am the show was still going on.

The room is dirty with bugs, we found some dry excrements left next to the toilet door.

Bedsheets were dirty and smelly.

The receptionist tried to double bill us (we prepaid on the web), after some investigation late evening, the charge was refunded, nobody even apologized.

We had another reservation at the same hotel a week after, luckily it was with a cancellation option.

새벽에 도착해서 아침에 체크아웃하는 용도의 숙박용도.
에매너티는 당연 기대하면 안됨.
침대 딱딱함.
단지 잠을 싸게 자고 싶은 여행자에게는 맞을 수 있음.
옛날 낡은 여관 느낌.

알고서 이런용도로 이용을 했지만, 다시 이용할 생각은 없음.

1泊3000円にしては良い。カオサン通りにあるが、そこまで騒音無いです

Great location.

毎日きれいに清掃してくれて、バスタオル2枚と水が補充してあった。広くてカオサン通りに面しており便利でよかった。夜通しクラブの音が聴こえるが、フェス会場にいるみたいで楽しめた。
ホテル下のマッサージ屋さんはクーラーが効いてて、マッサージの腕もよく毎日利用していた。総合的に満足な宿です。

We booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, most other hotels were fully booked so we weren’t left with much choice. We found loads of cockroaches in our rooms - our friend’s room even had a cockroach nest in the bathroom. When we mentioned this to staff at the hotel they didn’t seem to care much and made an attempt to sweep away the nest but when we returned to the room there was still part of the nest there. We could see the eggs and small cockroaches moving. We asked for a refund for the night and weren’t allowed. Overall the room was okay, bed rock hard making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. But otherwise fine.

Plein de attractions et actions toute la journée et nuit!
Si vous cherchez tranquillité c est pas la place.

カオサン通りの真ん中で場所はよかったですが、クラブが近くにあり夜中じゅううるさかったです。そしてシャワー浴びていたらゴキブリが何匹か出てきました。

スタッフの対応がとても良かった

Well there is a reason why we book so they ready for us ,but when we get there it not they scramble try to get a room for us which the room still hasn't clean ,dirty towels, dead cockroach on the floor.during our stay they only come and clean the room once that cuz we ask them a couple times.dont believe the picture on web complete opposite .place smell like piss ,disappointed .
