The fan in the bathroom was noisy, like it need fixed. The carts for bringing in luggage are terrible; the wheels stick out so far you trip over them and hard to get into the room

Overall the stay was okay besides the above problems.
Pros:

It was clean at all times.

Cons:

I have to request for clean towels more than one time. We had to use the same towels one day and ran out of toilet paper that morning.
