Clean and comfortable bed
The only problem was getting in the high bed being I’m 5’5” and 70 years young.
The bed was comfortable
We had to book the stay do to car trouble and it was next door. We arrived around 1:30/ 2am and staff was kind of rude. Room smelled like raw sewage. Starting at 8 am we had people knocking on the door to clean the room every 30 minutes. After the 3rd knock at 9:30 we left. Terrible experience

Guest are loud, not that friendly, employees just kinds seem like blah. Nothing specific, just it is what it is being the only option in actual West to stay.

Perfect place to crash for the night. Everything we needed nothing we didnt.
Stayed here last week during a business trip to Waco and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and modern, way nicer than I expected for the price point. Breakfast had a good variety - I appreciated the protein options since I usually skip the carb-heavy stuff. Check-in was quick and the gentleman at the desk gave us some good recommendations for dinner in town. The location is super convenient right off 35 and only about 15 minutes from downtown Waco. My only gripe would be that the pillows were a little too firm for my liking, but that's totally personal preference. The shower was great though - good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall a solid choice and I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in the area.

The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable.
When we first walked in, it was warm in the lobby. The elevator didn’t work, so we had them put us on the first floor. The air conditioner worked halfway decent at first but by the middle of the night, it got warm in our room and the air conditioner made noises for the rest of the time we were there. And to finish it off, our door would not lock.
The mattress was comfortable. That's it.
Sheets had stains, no hot water in the shower for more than 2 min. No plunger in the tub to contain the little hot water we got. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Elevator was out, we were on the 3rd floor. I don't mind steps but when the stairwell smells like pee, it's not fun. This sweet little old man was struggling tho, behind us. The room was very musky smelling. The pictures online of the outside DO NOT reflect the inside. And $130 for this?? I have stayed in a condo on the beach in the Caribbean, for this amount per night. This was ridiculous for what should be rated as a 2 star.

The location was in close proximity to my family.
They do not provide washcloths to their guests, even when requested, and that was not advertised. Also, I booked through booking.com and chose the option to pay on premises. The facility charged my card before we ever stepped foot on the premises.
