Atmosphere of the hotel is always bright and fresh... Location is very sweet 😄 near kana cafe puzati restaurant transport is easily can get... Rooms is very clean and big..
Afortable and valuable less price of rooms breakfast and kidculb...
However everything is fine 😊
I am very happy am really thankful specifically Grace and ihtesham is very active friendly supportive..

If you're unfortunate to book an AirBnb via at the Damac Canal View room 1508 hosted by Haven i hope you see this brief review first! I don't normally leave negative reviews but this 100% deserves one.

Visit date: Sat 8th - Sun 16th Nov 2025. (I departed a day early as i couldn't stand the smell, damp and consistently damp floors).
Cost: £1111 for 8 nights

This was my fifth Airbnb since July and quite possibly the worst apartment I've stayed in since being in Dubai and quite possibly across the entire globe.

Check in: 3pm - No it was 6pm as the room was not ready and sat in the café for 3 hours making me late for an appointment.

The room: Was damp smelling which was due to the AC not being serviced for sometime and also a leak from the washing and the water in the bathroom not draining away.
The window would not close correctly meaning you could hear a lot of road noise.
The facilities, fixtures and fittings were basic but i only used this room to shower and sleep. There was no way i would cook or eat in this room. I found myself most nights going out straight from work to eliminate my time in this room.
I reported my concerns and issues on day one. Haven were responsive but didn't send anyone for the washing machine leak or the other basics i requested. In the end i gave up and stop responding.

After departing from my 8 night stay I discovered all my clothes i hung up smelt damp and musty.

After proving feedback to Haven after my departure they had the audacity to call my about my honest review and asked me to revoke my 1 star and change to 5 stars based on the comment 'because our staff work hard!' Haven then responded to my feedback on Airbnb as they're clearly delusional on a customers true and honest feedback!

It was wonderful staying in this property very well worth it. I always have warm welcome on the reception and in room as well. Hospitality is outstanding.

Nice location with canal view and walking distance to Burj Khalifa.
Breakfast is good . Our server Deveiah is excellent. He is very nice .

From the moment we arrived, all the staff members we met were attentive to us. The rooms were very clean, and the location is good, with easy walkability to the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. Many thanks to Hasen and the other receptionists we met.
The first aid team was very helpful when my daughter had a little accident. I would recommend

Hotel is perfect for family groups, we had a 3 bed apartment that was clean and spacious and a short walk to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. All the staff and very friendly and helpful and it was a perfect hotel for our stay, and the price was excellent, thank you

We were most impressed with friendly staff - both concierge and reception. Hussain was our first and last contact and was v helpful , polite and welcoming. Location was superb and central to all. V clean and very very helpful .beautiful views Highly recommend to all types of travellers- excellent value for money

Apartment had weird smell on the entrance and upon checkout we found out that the baggage shoot was next to it which was smelly. Hotel must consider such things for future

Nice hotel. Staff are great. Location is not so great with taxis/Uber or deliveries. They seem to have trouble finding the tower.

The on location hotel serves amazing breakfasts. I specially loved the omelettes made-to-order.

I had a canal view room with a king bed. The room has all the amenities you could need for any short or long period stays. The canal view is also great!

It needs better maintenance. But quite good in general.

I enjoyed my experience at this hotel because I had all the comfort I needed and was not disturbed at all! I highly recommend it!i love Damac maison canal views🩷 And at the pool, it was great—the sun was there all the time and only disappeared in the evening. 🫶🏽 The people were very friendly!
