It has been an absolute pleasure to spend a week at this fantastic hotel. The location is great with easy access to all key areas and attractions in Hanoi. The breakfast included is decent with a wide variety of options daily. The staff are the biggest asset. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and prompt support when I needed anything. Special thanks to Quinn, Manhattan, and Dung. The wifi connection was decent for those who need it for remote work. Overall, a great experience and the place is highly recommended.

Brand new, exceptionally comfortable bed, wonderful staff. Interior room had zero traffic noise.
Construction noise. This would be a 10 star rating, but I was awoken 2 of 3 mornings with noise from workers. Do not stay here until it's finished if you don't arise before 9am.
Le personnel etait au petit soin, ils n’ont pas hésités a nous changer de chambre quand on l’a demandé. Les chambres étaient très très propre et le petit déjeuner est bon.
Juste histoire de dire quelque chose, les équipements pourraient être modernisé mais honnetement c’est déjà très très correct !
Lhotel est en 2 parties cette nuit là nous avons dormi dans l’hôtel principal dont les chambres sont basiques propres mais avec une salle de bain très ancienne
Je pense qu’il ne faut pas mettre des baignoires mais plutôt des douches qui sont plus pratiques
J’ai payé un supplément très cher pour avoir une fenêtre ! Et je n ai pas du tout aimé
Les petits déjeuners sont très moyens même si le personnel est très sympathique

Si dans l’hôtel principal notre chambre était vieillissante et triste dans la partie récente les chambres sont très modernes avec une literie très confortable et une belle salle de bain

The hotel is not the one in the photos. When we complained to the manager he said that the photos were from a new hotel they are building. Nice scam!
