Pros:

The hotel is clean

Cons:

The hotel is not the one in the photos. When we complained to the manager he said that the photos were from a new hotel they are building. Nice scam!

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Clean, close to great restaurants, walking distance to a very nice park.

Cons:

Some issues with Booking.com payment not coming through although my credit card was already charged.

A bit of luxury & comfort during city hopping
Pros:

I only stayed a night at Luxeden Hotel Hanoi, but I wish I could stay more! I was greeted with a big smile at the reception, which was just what I needed after my flight! It is a lovely hotel, the room is clean and comes with complementary water, tea, and coffee. The bed is super comfortable and breakfast offers authentic Vietnamese dishes. I will definitely return when I'm travelling through Hanoi again!

Cons:

I booked this option especially because of the bathtub, keen to take a warm bath after coming back from the colder north. However, unfortunately there was not enough water to fill the bath. I just took it as a reminder of the importance of saving water. The bathroom light is a bit too dim for my taste; the mirror light could be a bit brighter to see how the makeup turns out.
