There is this little cafe below the hotel. It is a very comfortable place for us to just simply grab a cup of coffee and a salt bun to start the day light.
There is also a 24hr Seven-Eleven which makes the stay very convenient too.
I also like the demographics of the people who stay in the hotel. Very decent and not rowdy kind.
The toilet door. It is sliding door and it is not easy to slide, the spring is very hard and also want to spring back when I tried opening or closing the door. A small accident happened that I broke my nail and needed find a nail salon urgently and it breaks into my nail bed.
Another thing is, I found an insect , big on in my room . I stayed for 5 nights, thank God it is the last night the insect appear.

Asked numerous times to sort AC and they left a portable fan outside our room. Ridiculous service!
Had to waste a day back and forward to booking.com to get my reservation refunded and then they only refunded me half my money! Scumbags! Stay clear honestly! If I could go into more depth I would. Ruined our holiday to be honest

Особенно хочется отметить замечательное расположение — рядом находится множество кафе, ресторанов, магазинов и интересных мест для прогулок. Также было очень удобно пользоваться такси: до большинства популярных туристических достопримечательностей Сеула можно быстро и комфортно добраться.
Персонал был очень приветливым, внимательным и профессиональным. Все вопросы решались быстро, а обслуживание на протяжении всего пребывания было на высоком уровне. Мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями и действительно наслаждались отдыхом.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What we appreciated most was the excellent location. There are many great cafés, restaurants, shops, and interesting places to explore within walking distance. It was also very convenient to get around the city by taxi, with most of Seoul’s major tourist attractions easily accessible.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was consistently excellent, and everything was organized smoothly. We felt genuinely welcomed and enjoyed every day of our visit.
Серьезных недостатков мы не заметили. Единственное, что стоит учитывать семьям с детьми: в номерах нет возможности установить дополнительную кровать. Поэтому один номер лучше подходит для двух взрослых или для двух взрослых с маленьким ребенком, который может спать вместе с родителями.
We did not experience any significant drawbacks during our stay. The only thing families should be aware of is that there is no option to add an extra bed in the room. Therefore, one room is best suited for two adults, or two adults with a small child who can comfortably sleep with the parents.
