Rooms were good but needs added facilities like a bar , or dinner restaurant

Cons:

No bar or restaurant. Also , when I booked it was known as Celecton Premier hotel and yet I was not advised it became a Holiday Inn which created a lot of confusion trying to find our hotel.

Decent value
Pros:

Very clean and convenient as local supermarket is at the doorstep and so as AEON mall

Cons:

For the 3 nights housekeeping never came to clean the room even tough I have a sign put up to clean the room

朝食のレベルは高かった！
会場のスタッフも色々気遣いしてくれて気持ち良かった！
またお値段の割にホテル自体は高級感があった！

Cons:

ＡＮＡに変わったばかりなのかフロントが全く慣れていない感じ！
その日は何度も出入りしたがフロント3人以外のスタッフは誰とも会っていないのが違和感。
また帰りも同じくフロントスタッフが素っ気ない！
朝食スタッフとの違いがありすぎで残念！

ホテルもこちらもシステムエラー
Pros:

ロケーションは充実。
湖畔沿いの散歩コースなど整備されていたら良いと思う。

Cons:

経営が変わって今のホリデーインになってからなのか、システムエラーでチェックインに45分待ち。
フロントに2名体制で順番待ちと順番割り込みが乱立して、フロントサイドもシステムエラーの説明もなく、チェックイン時に「システムエラーで…」って…。
何の45分待ちなのかよく分からず無駄な時間を過ごしました。外で食べる晩御飯の予約も無茶苦茶になりました。
