最高です！！またいきたいです！！必ずいきます！！
Pros:

綺麗で、素敵なホテルで、スタッフの方もすごく優しくて、朝食も種類が豊富で、本当に最高の時間を過ごせました。
子供が無料なのもとてもありがたかったです。
ソファベッドを少し心配していましたが、全く問題なく、快適に過ごさせていただきました。

Cons:

2泊しましたが、1日目の夜夜中に何度も火災報知器が鳴り響き、それに対してのアナウンスもなく、どうすればいいのか分からず不安でした。
誤報でした。とのアナウンスの後、また何度か火事です。避難してください。とアナウンスが流れて、なかなか眠れなかったです。
綺麗でとてもいい雰囲気のホテルだったので、残念でした。

1スタッフのせいで、全体が悪く感じました。

部屋は勿論、2階の朝食場所についても清潔感があり、いい印象でした。

ウォシュレットが使えない事、このホテルは、ウォシュレットが付いていながら、全室、衛生上の観点から使えないように管理者設定しているそうです、

いろいろなホテルを宿泊しますが、そんな事、他のホテルでも聞いた事もないのに、

以下、状況
夜に使えなかったので、スタッフを呼んでみてもらったら、上記の説明を受けました、そもそも、電話して使えない事情をスタッフに説明した時に、全室使えない旨を言えばいいのに、部屋にきて、便座を見てからそう説明を受けたことに対して、不信感が募り、翌日、朝食会場で、他のお客様に聞いたら、そんな事ないみたいですし、他のスタッフに確認したら、使えない事はない話を聞きました、
結論は、そのスタッフが嘘を言ったんです、たかが、ウォシュレットの事ですが、嘘の説明をするとは、ありえません、
