The staff were very helpful, friendly & professional. The jacuzzi was tepid, the pool was cool, the floor around the pool had 1/2 inch of water every where & there was visible refuse on the floor.
We slept well. The bed was very comfortable. The room service was the biggest disappointment. It arrived in a paper bag!!!???!!!
Paper to go coffee cups, eco plastic takeout containers, eco plastic utensils, catsup packets, etc.
I don’t call this room service. I call this takeout. A $60 lukewarm breakfast served in a paper bag was not what we had in mind. Extremely disappointing.
They seem to be having an identity crisis. What once was a grand hotel is a bit tired & sad. Staff are wonderful & deserve better, just as the guests do.
The room service, pool & jacuzzi.
The location and accommodations were excellent for staying in the King of Prussia area. The overall condition of the room was like new and very comfortable for everyone.
I can't think of anything.
Coffee Ok. Would have been nice to have a pastry or two, instead of buying an expensive breakfast that we did not need.
see above.
It was very well put together and had a classy atmosphere
No microwave in the room. Water pressure in the shower was horrible. They tried to tell me that booking.com didn’t charge me for the included breakfast but they did and I showed them the email. Apparently they have issues with that.
I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but I did order room service for dinner all three nights and it was fabulous. I was really surprised by how quick it was too.
The location was convenient to the PA Turnpike, making travel to and from the hotel easy. We attended an event, and the facilities were quite nice. The service was excellent both at the event and the next morning, at breakfast.
The room had a weird set could not see the tv from either chair without a bed post hindering your view only place with a clear view was from the bed
