Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer in dem man uns unterbringen wollte war völlig schimmelig, feucht und hat extrem gestunken. Siehe Bilder. Als wir dann nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt haben wurde das zwar sofort vom netten Rezeptionisten geklärt und gelöst aber alleine der Fakt, dass wir zuerst in dieses Schimmelzimmer gebracht wurden ist erschreckend. Außerdem sind die Fotos des Pool und Außenbereich hier auf Booking komplett fake, entweder mit Photoshop oder AI. Siehe Bilder.

Неновый отель в старых традициях. Мы жили 8 дней в номере на 3 этаже. Есть лифт. Номер двухместный, достаточно большой. Мебель добротная деревянная в темных тонах. Кровать большая, удобная. Спалось хорошо. В туалетной комнате есть зубные щётки, шампунь, гель. Бассейн большой, хорошей глубины. Завтрак - шведский стол. Очень хороший для отеля 3 звезды. Отель расположен в тихом месте, но недалеко от главных улиц, везде ходили пешком. Персонал выше всех похвал! Ребята на рецепции внимательны, доброжелательны,очень стараются помочь во многих вопросах даже личного характера. Особенно запомнился Phú.

Лежаки у бассейна неудобные.

Nice but the pictures don’t reflect the standard
Pros:

For a budget hotel this was really good however the pictures to not reflect the standard of living here. Our room was cleaned and clean. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff were so helpful and really lovely. Would stay here again but would want it to be cheaper

Cons:

Quite dilapidated, pool was uncomfortable to lounge around with steel loungers and no cushions, the rooms were basic and a bit sad but with working ac and a balcony.

Zaskakująco ładne i nowo urządzone pokoje. W końcu obsługa która mówi po angielsku (!). Śniadania w porównaniu z innymi miejscami wypadają na prawdę dobrze. Basen robi robotę! Lokalizacja dobra- z dala od zgiełku centrum, ale nadal blisko na spacer na stare Miasto

Pros:

This is an incredible hotel and the staff are wonderful. I would definitely come back again. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. They even allowed me to extend my check-out because they had rooms available, which I really appreciated. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast included was amazing. I would especially like to give a big thank you to Phu, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I would come back a thousand times!

Would like to go back after renovations and try again due to manager and staff. They were great.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Positioned close to old town easy walking distance. Quiet area. Staff and manager were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Photos did not match reality, obviously taken a long time ago. Internet in my room was not good, always dropping out. To be fair manager told me that they had been badly effected by recent storms and floods and that they will soon be doing a major renovation.
