Cons:

Staffs were so friendly but when I was leaving I asked a staff to help me with my suitcase from stairs he confidently refused I felt bad but I had to call my driver to assist me.

This hotel worth for money. Good price. Walk distance to everywhere.
Pros:

Good hotel in the Old town and very close to all sightseeing places of Baku. Clean, very good location, helpful staff. It was warm inside. Very good breakfast

Disappointing stay, with the central location being the only positive aspect.
Pros:

The only satisfying aspect of this accommodation was the hotel's location, as it is situated within the old town and within walking distance to many areas. The fact that a Wi-Fi service was provided by this hotel, although frequently interrupted, can be considered another luxury given the overall mediocrity of the place.

Cons:

I chose this property because of its location, the photos and description shown on Booking.com, and what seemed to be a fair price-quality balance. Unfortunately, the actual stay was extremely disappointing and did not match either the information provided on Booking.com platform or the hotel’s 7.0 rating. Of course, considering the accommodation fee, I was aware that I would not encounter a luxurious facility, and I also realized that the nice photos I saw on Booking.com should be approached with caution. However, I still expected at least a small and clean guesthouse room that would deserve the status of a 'hotel'."The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The reality was far below the standards presented. The room provided was in very poor condition:
Extremely dark room, requiring lights even during daytime.
Broken lamp and missing bulb,
Broken nightstand handle,
Bathroom mold and blackened silicone around the toilet,
Toilet leaking water and producing bad smell,
Shower only separated by a curtain, causing the entire bathroom floor to flood,
Old mattresses with springs sticking out, making it impossible to rest properly.
During the entire 5-day stay, the room was never cleaned, not even trash removed.
Breakfast was poor, unhygienic, and careless.
Staff were unhelpful and indifferent, showing no willingness to assist.
On the last day, there was a very loud dispute in the lobby, mainly involving a female staff member shouting aggressively, to the point it felt close to a fight. As a woman over 60 traveling alone, I felt unsafe and deeply distressed.

Tüm çarşaflar havlular hepsi eskiydi. Yırtık derecesinde hatta. odadaki buzdolabı kırık sallanıyordu. Kahvaltısı hiç fotoğrafta gozuktugu gibi değildi her gün peynir domates salatalık omlet vardı ekstra soft içecek yoktu sadece çay ve kahve vardı omlet yaptığı tava asla yıkanmamıştı. restoranda ortak kullanılan tuvalet çok pisti.
