Aamiaistarjoilut loppuivat osin kesken. Tarjoilija keskittyi puhtaiden astioiden tuontiin, kun tuotteita pöydästä oli loppunut. Vieressä respan takana istui ihminen, joka olisi voinut auttaa.

tutto perfetto, albergo bellissimo in stile "vintage" a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro di Turku. Dallo staff alla colazione era tutto perfetto: un albergo da consigliare e dove tornare!

Hieno ja rauhallinen sijainti ja erittäin mielyttävä ympäristö ja sisustus. Huone oli erittäin iso ja ihanasti sisustettu, jossa oli useita patsaita ja runsasti tauluja. Kertakaikkiaan ihana huone.

Historian havinaa. Pieni kodikas hotelli.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli riittävä. Hotelli oli persoonallinen. Vastaanotto ystävällinen. Kaunis ympäristö.

Cons:

Huone kaipasi päivitystä. Halkeamia seinissä ja kylpyhuoneen puolelta tuli homeen hajua. Osa jalkalampuista oli palanut.

A family owned boutique hotel full of character
Pros:

This is a quirky family owned small hotel, perfect for those looking for something else than your standard chain hotel. Built in 1902 as a family home, and converted to a hotel in the 80s. The building, interior and eccentric decor appear as from 100 years ago. Thanks to extensive renovations, everything works well, and all the mod cons are there. The staff is very professional and friendly, and breakfast is delicious. And the quiet location is perfect for exploring Turku by foot.

Cons:

Even though the hotel is very well maintained and everything functions well, some spots would need renovations. The tiling in our bathroom was not in the best shape. Also, the antique furniture is not always the most practical. However, all just adds to the character of the hotel. :)

Persoonallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, mutta huoneiden ja palvelun laadussa paljon kehitettävää

Pieni huone jossa liian vähän säilytys- ja pöytätilaa, huoneessa hieman tunkkainen haju. Silityslautaa ja -rautaa ei huoneessa ollut, pyydettäessä saadut välineet olivat aivan luokattoman surkeat. Silityslauta oli ikivanha eikä varmaan koskaan puhdistettu, rauta oli täysin käyttökelvoton: höyrytoiminto ei toiminut lainkaan, ja sisälle laitettu vesi vuoti valtoimenaan vaatteille. Tärkätty frakkipaita meni tästä pilalle. Hotelli ei tarjonnut mitään korvausta/kompensaatiota vaikka valitin asiasta respaan.
