Miellyttävä, onnistunut.
Pros:

Aamiainen hyvä. Hotellin sijainti hyvä ja rauhallinen.
Hotellin henkilökunta on hyvin ystävällinen ja palveleva.
Hotelli oli hyvin viehättävä ja tyyliltään keskieurooppalainen, hyvin koristeellinen, pittoreski.

Pros:

Todella kaunis rakennus ja kauniit huoneet. Itse pidän todella paljon tyylistä, miten hotelli oltiin rakennettu. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla, koska keskustaan on helppo kävellä olematta kauhean kiireisellä paikalla.

Cons:

Ikkunan pitää olla koko ajan auki, ettei huone haise tunkkaiselta. Kylpyhuoneessa on hometta. Minulle tuki hieman hengitysongelmia yön aikana -huuhtavasti juuri homeen ja tunkkaisuuden takia. Olin todella pettynyt tästä.

Viihtyisä ja persoonallinen
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti on aivan loistava keskustan tuntumassa Puolalan puiston vieressä. Huone ja hotellin muutkin tilat olivat viihtyisiä ja persoonallisia tyylihuonekaluineen ja rönsyilevine yksityiskohtineen. Ei todellakaan mikään tusinahotelli! Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja aamiainen maittava. Plussaa oli myös pysäköintimahdollisuus hotellin takapihalla.

Cons:

Ainoa huono puoli oli liian pehmeät patjat, jotka viettivät keskelle. Nukkuminen jäi katkonaiseksi, kun selkä ei saanut riittävästi tukea ja nukkujat valuivat patjojen väliin.

Cons:

Kun sain avainkortit ja menin tarkistamaan huonetta se haisi huonolta ja ikkuna oli valmiiksi auki. Olin ehkä 2min huoneessa ja keuhkoni menivät kipeäksi, selvästi hometta. Lapsi ja mies odottivat ulkona joten palautin avaimet ja kerroin että huoneessa on hometta ja todella huono ilma. Työntekijä ei puolustellut eli selvästi tiesi tilanteen ja jouduimme etsimään uuden majoituksen. En suosittele kenellekään enkä varsinkaan lapsiperheille. Kylpyhuoneessa oli näkyvää hometta ja ikkuna huoneessa oli vain pieni neliö, meteli oli myös todella suuri.

Aamiainen oli ok. Miljöö oli hieno ja mielnkiintoinen/erilainen. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja rentoa.

Cons:

Booking comin kautta varattuna autopaikasta veloitettiin 15€, jos olisin varannut suoraan hotellista niin maksua ei olisi mennyt.

Hotellin pihapiiri ja sijainti oli hyvä. Aamupala hyvä. Sisustus todella erottuu massasta.

Cons:

Sisustuksessa vähän liikaa kaikkea. Omaan makuun vähän levoton/sotkuisen tuntuinen. Täytetty lintu huoneessa vähän epämiellyttävä.Ilmastointia ei ole, joten huone oli tosi lämmin. Sänkyt tosi pehmeät. Varattiin kahden hengen huone, mutta saatiin perhehuone erillisillä sängyillä. Meille kerrottiin, että hotelli aivan täynnä, siksi eivät pystyneen tarjoamaan varattua huonetta. Oltiin juhlistamassa hääpäivää, joten olisi ollut kiva nukkua puolison vieressä.
