Perfect.
Pros:

Central, characterful, exceptional staff who were very accommodating and beautiful large tastefully decorated rooms. Fabulous breakfast with good coffee. We did Exmouth parkrun on the Saturday - stunning one to do if you’ve never done one before! 20 mins drive and breakfast runs til 11.30 so easily doable.

Cons:

Only minor - no parking - but that’s centre living and not the hotel’s fault!
Easy to find parking nearby and easy to unload.

Pros:

Excellent location, great value and very helpful staff

Cons:

Only minor thing. I stayed in room 22 and the desk had a very loose leg and it as well as side tables showed water damage on top. Would recommend repair or replacement going forward

Cosy comfy pub with friendly staff and a good breakfast
Pros:

The Globe was ideally situated for an overnight stay while visiting a concert at Powderham Castle.
The pub had a lovely cosy atmosphere with friendly staff and outside seating. Our room was basic but comfortable and even had a decent fan to cool us down. We slept well and had a gorgeous breakfast the following morning. The outside planters window boxes and hanging baskets are absolutely stunning and so pretty. I’d stay here again…

Cons:

There wasn’t anything ..
