Location to the ferry was perfect. Nice breakfast in the restaurant. Recently remodeled very nice

Cons:

We checked in during the late afternoon on a Saturday. The desk gentleman was unfriendly and seemed we were bothering him to actually give us our room. He has the wrong job.

Comfortable stay and the pan fried cod fish was excellent.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to the ferry. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Internet wasn’t stable…. Cutting in and out. Music in dining room - played American song … proud to be an American which upset a number of diners.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Very close to ferry terminal so ideal if arriving in the evening and headed out to Gros Morne in the morning. Dinner at hotel restaurant was very good and staff was wonderful.

Rooms were big and they had guest laundry machines

Pros:

View from the hotel was amazing. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Restaurant could have been open later than 8pm. Coming from the ferry at 7pm didn't leave us much time.
