Well maintained. Good access to Furness Abbey. Staff friendly. Drunken revelers to v late

Cons:

Wedding party - drunken revelers roaming and singing around the grounds until nearly 1 am.

Beautiful grounds, quiet and . Breakfast 10/10 , bar staff excellent

Cons:

45 minutes waiting for hot water, appreciate that the boiler went off but felt we had to constantly chase up progress of the problem. Reception checking in we felt wasn’t the most welcoming
