Pros:

Venue, staff and breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Gave 9 instead of 10 due to us not getting any toast with breakfast, despite being asked what type of toast we wanted when order was taken.

Comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

The accommodation was first class - really comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent - very friendly with excellent customer service

Cons:

We did find the partition wall between our bedroom and our neighbours’ quite thin - we could hear a phone buzzing several times, throughout the night, on the other side of the wall where our bed headboard was against.
