La amabilidad y atención del personal. La ubicación en plena plaza del pueblo. Cama muy cómoda.
Instalaciones anticuadas. Habitación calurosa y aire acondicionado tipo portátil muy ruidoso. La grifería del baño no funcionaba bien, especialmente el mando de la bañera, era imposible mantenerlo en la función de la alcachofa de ducha, se bajaba continuamente y esta dejaba de funcionar. Tuve que apañarlo con una pinza del pelo de mi mujer para que aguantara. En el techo del baño había polvo acumulado como si fuera una telaraña. La iluminación del baño era escasa, tenía focos fundidos.
Muy buena ubicación, trato amable y desayuno excelente.

A lovely hotel where you get what you can expect in a small rural monastic village. The building, like the whole place oozes history. Don't come here to expect modern land Scandic design rooms!
You are on the village square where life happens. Brilliant.
Only downside is they are limited in what they can do with airco in buildings like these, so they installed loud mobile units you can't really run at night, but at least they have it, so be happy.

Personal muy amable. Muy buena situación
Una hora antes de llegar llamé para confirmar el check-in de mis dos noches. El recepcionista insistía en que mi reserva empezaba al día siguiente. Le dije que tenía la app de Booking abierta con los días correctos y me ignoró diciendo que ya me llamaría. Nunca lo hizo.Al llegar al hotel y enseñarle la reserva en su cara, admitió el error pero mostró una total indiferencia, desgana y falta de aptitud. Le dio exactamente igual la situación en la que nos ponía. Como no tenían habitaciones libres, pretendía mandarnos esa noche a un hotel de no sé dónde y que regresáramos al día siguiente. Una falta de respeto total hacernos acarrear maletas de un lado a otro por su culpa y su mala gestión. Da miedo pensar dónde habríamos ido a parar si no llegamos a encontrar nada libre en el pueblo. Nunca me había encontrado con un problemón semejante.
