Room was spacious
Payed extra for balcony and city view but got view of back of a building. Picked amber hotel because pattaya one was so good, this one wasn’t to expectations.

We like everything about hotel Amber we have stayed at least 6 times and have never been disappointed. The breakfast is especially delicious.

Like i said for my previous stay please please please clean the room properly and please the mouldy smell maybe u could use dehumidifier machines for every floor. The smell in the room is so stuffy. I really don’t wanna return because of this and please change ur pillows. Theyre yellow when i took a peak
Get dehumidifier machine and air out your room properly. Stinks of mold. And pls u need good maintenance. Also one night room beside me was so loud until 4am. I called reception 3 times to help me get them quiet. So inefficient
I could show receipts on how regularly i stay here and disappoints me each time more with cleanliness and mouldy smell
