Cons:

I booked a room for one day through the application. The next day, I booked again, but this time not through the application. The first day was okay; I received everything the hotel provided. The next day, I only received two bottles of water and two cups of coffee. I also called to report issues with the cleanliness. Regarding coffee and water, I called to request them, but the towels weren't changed. Everything was left unchanged and I didn't receive all the items the hotel had promised. I was very dissatisfied. The staff gave a very simple answer: there were no replacement towels available, and they hadn't brought in any other items.
The money paid in full was wasted.
