Fantastic location. Nice pool & spa. Great staff. Fully self contained including washing machine & dryer.
Only 2 toilet rolls provided for a week’s stay.
Location is excellent. Pretty good view of the ocean but partially blocked by the surf club. Mostly modern amenities. Hot tub was nice and warm, rubbish chute very convenient, parking very convenient.
Water was draining very from any sink, the toilet or the shower. Next morning as we were preparing and dressing for our reception, the bathroom floor drain backflowed in less than 5 minutes of showering and flooded the apartment. This made a mess of our preparation.
We told the staff and it was completely fixed when we returned.
There were lots of little black ants in some spots of the kitchen, including inside the kettle. Not super annoying but should be fixed.
The bedroom windows dont seal properly. We were woken and unable to sleep when at 4am on Sunday morning the surf club had a hiab truck swapping out gas bottles in the alley directly outside the apartment. Without proper sealing the windows let the noise in as though they were wide open.

The furniture was set in the 70s and didn’t match website, hardly any hot water, broken toilet, broken tiles, no shelf in freezer, rooftop lights didn’t work so unusable after dark, bed was something my parents had in the 80s

After hours service, needed a replacement toilet roll and the answer services was in Gold Coast and they would put in a maintenance request but we would get the roll till the next day!

It was in June and there was no blanket to be found in any cupboards .

The lounge was uncomfortable and the shower was really small there was a lot of road noise
