Cons:

Payment for foreigners was difficult considering they wanted a bank transfer. Had to wire money to a family member that had a Guatemalan bank account.

HERMOSO TIEMPO DE RELAX... ¡SE REPETIRÁ!

- precioso lugar, tranquilo y con hermosa armonía en decoración y limpieza en habitaciones como afuera en jardines, área de piscina y playa, IDEAL PARA DESCANSAR
- personal de limpieza y de recepción EXCELENTE, el personal de restaurante puede mejorar en estar más pendientes,
- desayuno rico (podrían poner mejor pan o incluso tortillas con los desayunos típicos)
- AMBIENTE DE RELAX- es rico el que se pueda disfrutar de la naturaleza así, en calma, sin música de locos... manténganlo así,
- visité la SUITE FAMILIAR y BUNGALOW familiar y qué belleza para ir con más personas, quedará PARA OTRO VIAJE

- me gustó mucho todo el concepto de las habitaciones, distinto, PERO... sí creo que pueden mejorar accesos para personas con poca movilidad, sin que sea tan complicado,
1. por ejemplo, emparejar un poco el área de caminamiento (pasillo) de habitaciones de ladrillo, para cualquiera es peligroso lo imparejo que está,
2. gradas de acceso del parqueo a habitaciones, es urgente emparejarlas un poco con cemento... son peligrosas y unas muy altas y angostas - tienen espacio como para hacer una buena rampa,
3. del área de jardín de habitaciones para acceso a area de recepción, también la grada es muy alta y podrían hacerle o una grada extra más pequeña, o una rampita,
- falta un poco de LUZ en parqueo y acceso a habitaciones, podrían poner luces con SENSORES, sí se siente muy oscuro e inseguro

Lindo estilo colonial, buen desayuno, buena atención del personal.

Cons:

Éramos tres personas, y llegamos a nuestra habitación tarde y cansadas y solo había una cama disponible y dos sofa camas que nos tocó ponernos a tender a esa hora, deberían estar listas.
La piscina y la playa no estaban limpias. Creíamos que íbamos a tener una mejor experiencia en la playa pero el agua estaba sucia y no habían buenas sillas para sentarse, habíamos leído de cayak y bicicletas acústicas pero no había nada.
Los servicios de Spa, jacuzzi, masajes demasiado costosos, al menos el jacuzzi debería estar incluído.
En general es un bonito lugar pero lo tienen descuidado.

Great location and setting
Pros:

Lovely hotel, the pool was lovely and the view and positioning in the lake was spectacular. The staff were very friendly. Only a very short tuk tuk ride into town. Our room was amazing, actually was a 2 story apartment with full kitchen and patio area. The only thing missing was actual patio furniture
