Great place to recharge batteries.
Pros:

Beautiful and magical place, I was very pleased to hear that the owners are committed to the environment and are working on improving their water management.
Also big thanks to the extremely nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

As recommendation all the hotels could gather and build a walking path to the town as it is close by but it is a dangerous walk.

Next time, I would like to stay longer at this beautiful serene hotel.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel on Lake Atitlan. The staff was helpful, informative, professional and very nice. It’s located a 5 min. Tut-tut ride from town. Restaurant on site and others within walking distance.

Relaxing escape
Pros:

The location away from the noise, private beach, pool, complimentary breakfast, clean towels and made beds everyday, beautiful garden and jungle around

Cons:

The wifi signal in the room wasnt always strong, the beds are quite firm, there wasnt a shampoo, just one kind of soap in the shower.

A localização deste hotel é fantástica. Trata-se de um lugar muito tranquilo, com uma bela estrutura de lazer e um jardim muito agradável. O café da manhã é bem servido, porém começa apenas às 8h am, o que pode ser inconveniente para hóspedes que têm passeios ou atividades programadas e precisam sair mais cedo.
The hotel’s location is fantastic. It is a very peaceful place with a beautiful leisure area and a lovely garden.
The breakfast is well served; however, it only starts at 8:00 a.m., which can be inconvenient for guests who have early tours or activities scheduled and need to leave before that time.

A equipe foi bastante atenciosa e cordial durante toda a estadia. No entanto, o hotel demonstrou uma burocracia desnecessária ao exigir que o hóspede confirmasse por escrito o número do cartão de crédito, mesmo após a transação ter sido imediatamente confirmada pela Mastercard.
A justificativa apresentada foi que o cartão utilizado no pagamento era diferente do cartão digital usado para realizar a reserva no Booking. Esse tipo de procedimento nunca me foi solicitado em nenhuma outra reserva realizada pela plataforma em diferentes lugares do mundo.

The staff was very attentive and friendly throughout the stay. However, the hotel showed unnecessary bureaucracy by requiring the guest to confirm the credit card number in writing, even though the transaction had already been immediately confirmed by Mastercard.
The explanation given was that the payment card used was different from the digital card used to make the reservation on Booking. This type of procedure has never been required in any other reservation I have made through Booking in different parts of the world.

Ihana rauhan tyyssija vähän kaupungin ulkopuolella. Matkat kaupunkiin onnistuvat tuk-tukilla, jonka hotellin respa pyytää sovittuun aikaan paikalle.

Upea puutarha esteettömällä järvinäköalalla. Siisti uima-allas. Myös uintimahdollisuus järvessä.

Huoneen kalusteet aika kulahtaneet. Ei jääkaappia, ilmastointia tai tallelokeroa.

Cons:

El olor a desagüe por las mañanas, la ventana de la habitación no se puede cerrar sola y no tienen adaptador para enchufar. Cama con insecto muerto, no vale los 132USD que me cobraron por dormir aquí.

Hermoso Hotel en Panajachel
Pros:

Excelente hotel para disfrutar de las orillas del lago. Todo el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a colaborar. Me gustó que tuviera incluído el servicio de kayak para hacer algo distinto. Las opciones de desayuno eran pocas, pero sustanciosas y muy rico.

Cons:

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro de Panajachel, por ende para cualquier cosa se debe de tomar un servicio de trasnporte o en definitiva alquilar un vehículo, pero tampo fue problema eso sí, se debe de tener presupuestado cada viaje que se desea. Las camas un poco duras para lo que estamos acostumbrados y algo que realmente nos complicó un poco fue la cantidad de tomacorrientes en la habitación, teníamos solo 2 y se debía desconectar el repetidor de internet para poder cargar los dispositivos electrónicos.

Bonito y tranquilo Hotel pero un poco aislado.
Pros:

El jardín y todo esta muy bonito y muy tranquilo para tener un día relajante. El cuarto estaba limpio y el personal atento.

Cons:

En mi cuarto no tenía señal ni WiFi y como estaba hacías atrás me sentía muy aislada. Para un hotel con este pecio siento que por lo menos el WiFi debe funcionar si no hay cobertura de señal.
Por la localizacion siento que es un lugar que es más para estar por ahí todo el día y no para descubrir la ciudad

i really wanted to love this place
Pros:

Very beautiful property and gardens, breakfast was good

Cons:

the bed was so bad, very hard and unforgiving. The wifi only worked in the reception/dining area. Room was noisy could here the next door guest using the bathroom. For the price I expected a bit more. The staff was wonderful. If they just put a memory foam topper on the mattress it would be decent.

BEAUTIFUL hotel!
Pros:

BEAUTIFUL hotel (some of the lighting in the review photos can make it look dated, that's absolutely not the case). Gardens were gorgeous and our room was so comfortable with the most amazing view.

Pool and hot tub were awesome. We enjoyed our time lounging by the pool.

Giving this hotel an average review because the service was kind of weird. There was a language barrier with all of the staff (which is to be expected) but their willingness to help navigate the language barrier could be improved.

I had bad stomach problems one of the days of our stay and my husband tried to order plain food (bread, crackers, whatever) from the hotel and there was nobody on staff who could assist.

When we checked in I don't think we were given all the pertinent information (massages booked up, paddle boarding only before noon, adding a card to our account so we could charge to the room) and it impacted our stay.

That being said - we would come back again! We had a very nice time! Writing this post only to level set expectations service wise.
