Everything from the location to the way they treat their customers. Everyone is nice and friendly
Nice room and they’re convenient and when you request something and they will try the best to help you. Cleaning team is friendly and professional. Very quiet place to relax and sleep at night. I feel safe when I leave my wallet at the room and nobody touch it. The toilet have a good smell and clean.
You can choose your own drink and breakfast looks like . This place is easy to reach many attractions and many convenient stores and restaurants and souvenirs shops. The hotel staffs are over friendly and nice and they’re helpful. Also you can travel to the beach easily. The room is fine and have basic convenient like they advertise in the website. Booking is easy to make.

The ac was not good for the 2 rooms, the 2 people sleeping on the other side of the room weren't comfortable, we were feeling hot. It was a nightmare.
Old hotel but clean and well maintained. It was fine - I had two queen beds - shower was fine - comfortable room - good value for the location. Stayed there several times. I walked to the beach for a walk in the morning (150 metres) and ended up at Cafe Nero for breakfast. I think they offer breakfast but I wanted to get out and stretch my legs. Ask about the AC settings - see below - my bad.
Had trouble with the AC - my fault - it was not clear how it worked and I should have called front desk or ask when you check in for help - maybe a quick explanation sheet on how to work it in the room just in case .... it was a little hot ! - Parking is a challenge in the area but call Metropole and ask for help..... one close by - I found my own nearby
