Bring your own snowplow
Cons:

The site had not been plowed at all. It was not possible to access my cabin due to conditions of the road to the cabin- no salt, sand, markers to indicate the road or, edge of the road. This was in sharp contrast to other venues which had plowed or prepared roads for guests. When I slid down the hill back to the reception/ check in area, explained that I could not get to my cabin, the response was "maybe I can call maintenance and maybe they can plow". Ridiculous.

Very enjoyable and close to everywhere we wanted to go and the view was amazing

Cons:

I wish that I had made sure the cabin we got had an outside hot tub. That was my fault for not checking before i booked it

Excellent place to stay! Make memories!
Pros:

Excellent family place to stay! Private log cabins with fireplace and hot tub (too cold to use), but the fireplace was cozy and used consistently. The cabins are clean and very spacious - with a kitchenette! It snowed the entire time we were there and the Lodges made sure snow removal trucks passed by constantly. Impressed!! Wisp Resort is less than 10 minutes away for skiing and snow tubing. Kids loved that! We brought our little dog! Bring food, paper towels, snacks, drink, and water (not a lot of options in town). The entire family had a great and memorable New Year’s trip. Will return!

Lovely chalet with hot tub close to Wisp Resort
Pros:

Great location for skiing at Wisp. Very comfy beds and hot tub great after a day on the slopes

Cons:

Could do with extra comfy seating in living space as only a 3 seater couch. A hob to boil water would be a great addition
