Pros:

Ottimo hotel appena fuori Malioboro. La posizione è perfetta poiché è vicino al centro ma in una zona tranquilla, ed inoltre è molto vicino alla stazione. La colazione è molto varia e buona. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La camera era pulita e comoda.

Es war nicht sauber, auf den ersten Blick schon, aber im Bett waren kleine lebende Tierchen ... sie benutzen dort auch offensichtlich keine Staubsauger für die Ecken. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig, das Fenster dreckig. Im Zimmer hat es gerochen

We had a wonderful and memorable time.
Pros:

Visited with a family of 4. They put us into connecting rooms with the children. The hotel was well placed near Malioboro street and the train station. It made our visits in the city attractions easy. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was plenty! But mostly it was the staff. They went out of their way to help us with late dining and laundry

Cons:

Not much to say. The treadmills are not the best. Their belts are snatching every now and then

Pros:

The main reason for this hotel was its proximity to the railway station. We walked with all our luggage and took maybe 10 minutes at most. Luxury, no. Pool was a kid's pool, only 1 m deep. Great for kids. Very close to Malioboro St. Rooms are ok, not luxury. They were clean and so on, but luxury no. Breakfast was good, with a good selection. Alfa mart across the st was great.

Two night stay with teenage family
Pros:

Our stay at the Luxury Maliobro was excellent. The staff were very kind and attentive and the facilities were clean and exactly what you need. Breakfast was varied- both Indonesian and Western food. Location is 3 minute walk from all that Maliobro has to offer.

Please be aware that this hotel hosts hundreds of school children that arrive in large buses and take over the property. This is not divulged at the time of booking. They kindly allowed us to cancel our booking when we were unable to escape the noise.
