Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and area is very safe. Villas were a bit dated, but still very clean. Would have been better if there's wifi, but our overall experience is very good and will definitely come back.

The two units we rented were both dilapidated. Definitely would not recommend.

Relaxing, intimate stay with Seniors
Pros:

It was a nice stay with my family and my parents who are seniors already. It was a peaceful, relaxing and intimate stay with my parents. The place has complete amenities except that the wifi is not that fast. Nevertheless, it's a place where we want to go back and experience tranquility.

It's good but still needs improvement.
Pros:

The experience was amazing although the facilities and amenities (e.g. lackinh shower curtains, drainage in the bathroom, damaged cabinets, wirings everywhere, broken toilet seats which is unsafe esp. for kids, etc) need improvement as the unit needs repairs or replacements of basic equipment and hazardous materials and garbage should be disposed properly and DAILY. Also the facade and frontyard need to be renovated, cleaned and maintained because it doesnt seem to be appealing looking on the outside. But the service was great and they're very accomodating and the place is quite safe too.
