Pros:

La reserva fue para mis papás adultos mayores, la atención del personal excelente, empaticos, las instalaciones muy buena calidad, los dejaron ingresar antes de la hora y después en la salida le dejaron dejar sus pertenencias en custodia hasta la hora de su regreso a casa

No poder reserva un cuarto con 4 personas, 2 adultos y 2 niños uno de ellos de 1 año y el otro de 8 años, me arrojaba 2 cuartos lo cual es si la app me pide indicar las edades de los niñ@s deberia ser capaz de mostrar disponibilidad acorde a lo ingresado ya que por los espacios del cuarto no dificultaba tener 2 niños en él y por tema de cobro de desayuno , la menor de 1 año creo que no amerita cobrar 60 usd especialmente cuando son menores que presentan alergias alimentarias y no consumen productos de buffet si no más bien sus propios productos el cual es el caso.

Habitaciones cómodas limpias . Baños cómodos. Buena presión agua. Buffet completo, personal preocupado por atender

Cons:

Problema que asumo fue excepcional pero nos generó incomodidad fue la falla de ascensores, tuvimos que subir por las escaleras.
Problema fijo: zona de piscinas muy pequeña y oscura . Gimnasio consiste en " 1 bicicleta". No es gimnasio

Relajo, descanso y rica comida!
Pros:

Fue una grata estadía, una escapada de descanso, la piscina es pequeña pero me encanta, estuvimos prácticamente solos, cenamos en el restorant y estaba realmente exquisito, el desayuno impecable, es la segunda vez que reservamos en este hotel y no será la última.

Estadía Muy recomendable.
Pros:

Super limpio, cómodo, desayuno completo incluso viajando con niños pequeños y el estacionamiento cómodo para vehículos grandes. Personal muy amable.
