We really enjoyed Grandview Apartments
Pros:

Very quiet area. We were given an upgrade to a bigger apartment. It was huge with a view out over the river and way down to the ocean. The apartment was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

A lot of steps in the complex and it is not near any shops. The only other negative was one shower was over the bath but we shared the ensuite shower which was fine.

the apartment was very spacious, well appointed and clean. The view was stunning. The location was out of the main part of town but for us that was great.

Very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Steps away from the beach and cafe.

Cons:

Property provides coffee pod machine. Would have been great to have a couple handy to use vs the instant coffee.
