Cons:

Fittings and fixtures pure amart or ikea. Not in keeping with the cost. Understand as an investment property costs mininimsed but the lounge impossible to sit on. The floor was more comfortable. . Kitchen full but no self closing drawers ill fiited. Very basic consumables...2 cheap dishwasher tabs two toilet trolls

Great location, walking distance to the beach and lookout areas

Cons:

The electricity wires out front oh the premises. Broke up the Spectacular view but its no bad reflection on the apartments. Its out of their control

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and the apartment was very well appointed.
Pros:

The river view from the balcony was lovely and peaceful, the room was well appointed and it made for a very comfortable home away from home.

Cons:

The frying pans and saucepans were quite old and could be replaced.
