Great evening service at the restaurant and very comfortable beds, and we really liked the balcony of our room. The Nespresso machine was a lovely touch.
The breakfast is not good value for €15 per adult, and there is an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. It would also be nice to have proper cups/glasses in the room instead of disposable paper ones.

The decoration on ground floor. Poor colour choice on walls.
Our bed made a nose every time one of us moved.
Easy to find and in a good location for the beach, golf, dog walks etc. Good restaurant on site.
Rooms are tired and not great value for money especially out of season.

Nothing
When I booked the room, at Le Regina, I requested a room away from the lift or bar, where there would be a lot of noise. We would have been travelling all day and needed a good night sleep, to be awake and alert for our onward journey.
The hotel replied, oddly, with “we do not accept guests until 3pm”. No mention of acceptance of my request. I assumed this meant it was okay.
When we got there, the room they allocated us was
- opposite the lift and stair well
- opposite a continuously slamming door
- opposite the laundry room with a washing machine going
- by a light that came on everytime someone walked our room in the corridor
- the room was above the bar and restaurant that had live music playing into the night
- it was right next to to the main entrance where people/staff were coming out through the night to sit and have a cigarette and loud chat (see pic 4 - we are up and to the left of the door)
-at 11pm the live music stopped, music from a sound system started
-at 11.30 bar staff were smashing bottles into a bin outside
-at 12 pm the music stopped
-at 1am a member of staff was outside reception/main entrance shouting on his phone
-at 3am someone started hoovering the restaurant
-at 4am staff were leaving very loudly. Shouting across the car park etc
-at 5am a lorry arrived and started either loading rubbish or delivering something
I asked the reception staff if we could be moved, the minute we arrived and they said no, the hotel was fully booked. This was a lie, as at least one set of keys (room 33) did not move all night. He was very rude and dismissive. When I brought it up again in the morning the reception was blunt and uncooperative. He said he had spoken to his manager but I was not allowed to as they weren’t available.
The bedroom itself was not as advertised. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no air con and they provided odd square shaped pillows that were like bricks.
A wonderful nights stay. We'll be back again!

pas de clim, pas de frigo, pas de cafetière, une mini chaise pour deux, c'est vraiment peu pour une chambre à 178 euros la nuit. Ajoutez les employés qui papotent ou téléphonent sous votre fenêtre, aucun service au petit déjeuner et la machine à café en panne, ça fait un bilan plutôt négatif!
Breakfast was ok, but not enough of each item. Only 8 slices of bread put out for toast. Not restocked when used up. English Breakfast and Ceylon tea bags ran out on the second day, and were never restocked.
The dinner was poor. Badly cooked steaks (two sent back). One dinner was forgotten, and then delivered undercooked as they rushed it. Ended up leaving and going to McDonald’s.
