The cold weather and comfortable bed

Cons:

The toilet is not good value as other hotel, the furniture toilet look like rotten all over look very ugly . The soap is broken all over the button it’s look like very cheap hotel. Don’t understand why no more fridge and saver box. No drink water provided. I paid more for ugly property.

The amenities do not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.
The glass wall used in the bathroom without a blind is quite inconvenient—despite staying as a family, we still require privacy. Installing a roller blind would greatly improve the experience.
While reducing plastic use by eliminating plastic water bottles is a commendable initiative, providing plastic spoons contradicts this effort.
