Bed was comfortable, room presented well and team members were helpful. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to everything as in town centre.
continental breakfast $22 per person, seemed over valued for what was on offer. Picture on display for the breakfast has bacon, eggs on it: seems a little misleading when that isn't included. Would like to see the QRcode breakfast menu back, one day in future. Understand things change with staffing and costing as a big factor.

toilet still had remnants of previous tenants, also found it weird that no cooking facilities as room so big, also if made a mess no cleaning gear available as to wipe up spills or to clean up coffee mugs etc.
also as Denham is a fishing destination there should be a facility to help guests store fish, ie small freezer.

place needs lots if updating!! Water incursion was unhealthy! Many items did not work and/or were badly damaged. Difficult to engage reception staff to problems with room & facilities.
Good sized room overlooking the ocean. Central location. Views were amazing and it was great to have a small balcony where you could have afternoon/evening drinks. Good storage and a handy small kitchenette with coffee machine and microwave.
Due to poor weather, there was a lot of humidity in the room and a lot of water outside the unit. Unfortunately on our last night, there were people who made a lot of noise outside in the corridor with doors banging and loud voices until 2.30am. The bed was a little lumpy.

Our first room before relocation 8 had an internal door which was not soundproof owing to the large gap underneath the door we could hear everything that our next door neighbour was saying and doing! 2nd room no internal door so was good.
