Ivory Grand Hotel Apartments

The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room.

Outdated hotel, rooms are specious but outdated and need renovation, bathrooms very old and rusted
Road in/ out to hotel is so crowded and traffic
Breakfast is horrible and even limited selection of bakeries are not Fresh
Staff are friendly, polite and helpful

The appartment was very smelly, the sofa smelled very bad that I was afraid to sit on it.
I was hearing the soind of water in the pipes and specially when any room around me was flushing.
The hotel staff were very unprofessional.
It was a very bad experience

The location is great just few minutes walk from Emirates mall and all required facilities are within walking distance. The appartment is huge with two toilet however, Furnture little old but it is clean.

My Stay was Excellent I planned to stay for one week only but later extended it for one full month.

Very comfortable stay ..quit spacious apartment with daily regular room service..staff were very friendly, impressed by politeness and professionalism of staff in reception and restaurant especially, Shahzad and Yosry in restaurant…
My only adverse comment is on extra beds’ charges .very much overpriced . Gym and swimming pool facility were always clean and opened for long hours..very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to Mall if Emirates and a lot of nearby restaurants

The facilities were really comfortable to stay in. It was a very good value for the price paid. Very friendly staff.

Amazing hotel highly recommended for families, we stayed a 2 bedroom apartment. My kids were playing in the living room as they if we they were at home. Beds were good, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed needed. Reception was excellent and service as well. Parking area in the basement is nice. Grocery delivery is near by and emirate mall is 5 min by walk. Only thing you need to remember is if your eating breakfast at the restaurant you need to wake up early to find a table before 9 am.

Location was ok , 10 mnts walk to MOE, n nearby restaurants
Shampoo, soaps and towels r of inferior qualities
Too much cooking smell on floor lobby
Would get many far better hotel apartments on there prices with Bfasr

They stung us another 200AED for early checkin - because they can... but we needed it after traveling all night with the family and getting in at 5am

The Staff and hotel where brilliant and the hotel us very close to the Mall of the Emirates where you can catch a metro or bus to anywhere.

Good location, great price for the area. Spacious rooms. Needed more basic things stocked - more coffee, toilet paper, and they didn't have wash clothes. I would stay here again though.

Fantastic ! We were given a suite which was amazing and more than we expected and really was huge and luxurious we loved it !
The Staff were great except for one :(
The only let down was the last night when we were kept awake by lots of noise we think from the service rooms next to us.....shame as everything else was fab.

nice place to stay, clean and quite central. Bathroom hadn't shower leaked a little

It was it was OK not what would you expect when you pay that much

Hotel location excellent and staff are very friendly. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the hotel is well maintained.
