Pros:

Très chouette hôtel, très propre et en plein centre de Lille. Nous étions à Lille pour un concert au Zénith, situation idéale. Arrivée tardive possible. Petit déjeuner très correct également. Personnel agréable. Je recommande!

L'emplacement est très central, la propreté est parfaite et globalement l'accueil est très bien. Petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

Le principal souci est l'isolation phonique entre les chambres, j'entendais distinctement la conversation et les rires de mes voisins. La salle de bains est confortable mais exiguë quand on a une certaine taille, et pas de prise de courant pour le sèche cheveux

helpful staff, convenient location, clean updated room.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice with a variety of choices , they have a small lift which made it easier to get bags upstairs, they were able to check us into our room a little early, and held our bags for a few hours after check-out. The room was clean and updated.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin - the guest across the hall had loud late night phone conversations on speaker (so earplugs were helpful!) Kind of a minor thing, but the window looked out to the backs of other buildings and restaurant exhausts - so when the window was opened it brought the strong smells of fried food into the room.

Accueil, personnels : très bien

Cons:

Mon épouse était à la chambre 21, or elle gravit les marches avec une extrême difficulté et des souffrances. La description de votre hôtel comporte: ascenseur. Rien ne peut laisser supposer que, entre l'ascenseur et la chambre 21, il y a une dizaine de marches à franchir. C'est fâcheux. Il me parait indispensable de faire figurer cette information dans le descriptif l'hôtel.
