Le personnel est très aimable et serviable , chouette piscine , vue magnifique , terrasses extérieures très agréables .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très basique . Chambre single , la 1ere prévue , la fenêtre était toute petite et opaque , ouverte elle donnait sur les pieds des gens . La 2ème meilleure vue mais se trouvait au dessus de l’appareil extérieur de climatisation … pas possible de l’ouvrir avec la chaleur . Et la salle de bain était très vétuste

אהבנו את הצוות החם והלבבי שיצא מגידרו לעזור ולייעץ בכל שאלה כולל המלצות על טיולים באזור. אהבנו את הנוף עוצר הנשימה שנשקף מהמלון. אהבנו את הבריכה עם האווירה המרגיעה והשקטה, אהבנו את הבר/מסעדה של המלון שמציע מנות טעימות במחירים סבירים, אהבנו את הקירבה לחוף הים היפה מרינה די פאולו, ירידה רגלית כ-10 דקות מהמלון והאפשרות לקחת שאטל מחוף הים חזרה למלון בתשלום סביר. אהבנו את הקירבה של המלון לתחנת האוטובוס שממנה ניתן להגיע למרכז סורנטו. אהבנו את החדרים הנקיים שקיבלו את פנינו כל יום כשחזרנו מהסיורים ומהטיולים. אהבנו את העיצוב של המלון ובייחוד את הציורים המקוריים של צייר בשם רוסו. ושוב אדגיש שאהבנו מאוד את הצוות, הם אלו שיוצרים את האווירה המיוחדת של המלון המקסים והמשפחתי הזה.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is one of its biggest advantages—it’s right on the main road and just a short walk from the bus stop, making it very easy to get around. The staff were incredibly nice, warm, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was neat, clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d happily stay here again.
