Tutto, non capisco come un hotel del genere abbia 4 stelle(ho soggiornato in tre stelle,b&b con servizi e struttura gestiti in maniera eccellente)una struttura datata camere anni ottanta letti scomodi,sporca ragnatele polvere, cena e colazione non da quattro stelle.

Pros:

Lo staff (reception, ristorante, pulizia ai piani) gentilissimo, cortese e professionale.
La posizione eccezionale

Cons:

La struttura risente della costruzione "datata"(eravamo nel "vecchio hotel monzoni") e quindi le camere hanno moquette sciupata e alcuni sanitari crepati (ottima cmq la pulizia)
Il menu al ristorante non all'altezza di un 4stelle (scelta tra due primi e due pietanze il giorno prima, di qualità discreta; il buffet a colazione con macedonia sciroppata in scatola e croissant surgelati; buone le torte e crostate)
Siamo stati bene, ma da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta un qualcosina di più...
Si può fare di meglio.

Soggiorno ok ma sembra più un 3 stelle che un 4 stelle
Pros:

Posizione spettacolare per varie attività da fare sul passo San Pellegrino. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Comfort della camera da rivedere: letto e cuscini poco comodi (abbiamo faticato a dormire le prime notti) e un livello di pulizia non ottimale a causa della molta polvere.

Large bland hotel conveniently located on the Pellegrino Pass road.
Pros:

Good warm indoor swimming pool. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a two-room suite, without which the room rate would have been overpriced. The breakfast was reasonably good with a wide variety of pastries and fruit available, but minimal breakfast cereal.....

Cons:

Hotel feels very much 3-star rather than the 4-star tag it boasts. Slightly dated feel and rather empty, despite it being August; the place presumably thrives mainly in the ski season. Perhaps it would be busier if the room rates were reduced.... No tea/coffee making facilities or fridge in the room. Lovely pool but being charged 3 euro for the compulsory loaned shower cap creates a unwelcoming (and 3-star!) feel.....

Gentilezza e disponibilità del sig.re alla reception, piscina molto bella, zona ristoro bella, stanza da letto grande, location attorno bellissima, prezzo buono

Cons:

La pulizia. Divano letto tutto macchiato che con acqua e sapone è diventato come nuovo (mio figlio non voleva dormirci in quelle condizioni); sedie tutte lerce; una doccia intasata, e non pulita. Cibo così così; a colazione consiglio di fare il cappuccino al bar se non ci sono troppi ospiti oppure cambiare la macchinetta.

La posizione è molto buona.

Cons:

Onestamente non ha i servizi di un albergo a 4 stelle. La piscina è piccola e tra l'altro è molto profonda: io sono di statura media e facevo fatica a toccare nella maggior parte della piscina, per cui non è stato piacevole perchè di fatto dovevo stare aggrappata al bordo. La colazione è molto scarsa e di bassa qualità, i prodotti sembravano confezionati o comunque decongelati.
