Staff, position, general condition of the hotel
Our room was a bit too cold. Heating system was noisy
Extremely pleasant and attentive staff, attractive room, good facilities and perfect location near Liverpool Street.
The price could have been a little lower, but I was staying on NYE.

Luca his team on reception restaurant bar and housekeeping staff are all delightful.
Stayed for work reasons so I didn't get the time to enjoy all the place had to offer but I did go down to the bar for a drink. Bar was really nice, all stuff were friendly and attentive and the hotel room itself was fantastic!
I'd like to give a special thanks to the front desk team for helping me out after my departure. I'd lost one of my earbuds and they went above and beyond in helping me find it (it was found). Thank you again Daria and Anhelina for your assistance, brilliant customer service and beaming smiles! Will definitely be back again soon.
