We booked a last minute overnight stay for Good Friday and could not have asked for more. A wonderful warm welcome, early check in with a welcome drink and an unexpected upgrade to a stunning junior suite. Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely and we had a pleasant hour in the bar when we returned from our evening out with a few cocktails. We absolutely loved staying here, thank you for making it so memorable
Location is perfect so close to the station. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff, Daria, Anhelina and Simona, were very friendly on arrival and checkout.

My team and I dined at the Blue Bird and left there aching from laughter. Our exceptional servers were AMAZING. One in particular, Fabio was a true comedian. The food was ridiculously good, and the ambiance was above my expectations for a restaurant in London. I'll definitely visit this place again on my next trip to London. I'll also advise my colleagues from the States to stop by there any time they come to our nearby office to this restaurant. Great food, plenty laughter, amazing staff.
Amazing experience at the bluebird restaurant. Tomcy our waiter was fantastic, very knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. Made our experience very enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back!
Been to the hotel for a number of meetings and always found a space, not noisy, a comfortable atmosphere and excellent service which on the last two occasions has been provided by Valentina. The service she provides is friendly, responsive and always a pleasure.
My stay at south place was perfect, also thanks to the great Bluebird restaurant. Fabio the floor manager is doing a fantastic job, i can only recommend the restaurant. At this occasion i has the sick sushi and crispy duck salad, delicious and perfect service!

Hotel extremely clean. We got a bottle of champagne in the room which was in the package. There was coffee and tea free. Room was nice, modern and decorated to high spec.
The tables looked a bit shabby. Bed was really comfortable. I think it was a super king so loads of room. Huge bath, however we couldn’t manage to get hot water just tepid. My partner rang reception at 10 pm but we never got a call back. The room was too hot for me. Lowest air con went to was 18.5. Breakfast was tasty. Great location. Walk to Sky Garden.
Everything was perfect. Room was perfect room service was perfect. Customer service perfect. I will be returning next month for sure. My new favourite London Hotel!
A fabulous top floor suite for our NYE stay , such brilliant value when including the NYE dinner in Angler . Lovely staff , great bar . Wonderful experience
