Pros:

Chambre superbe, salle de bains idem, service impeccable. Etablissement très confortable, extrêmement bien situé et très propre. Chambre sur le jardin donc très calme, on n'entend pas un bruit. Grand Place et Bozar à deux pas. Ambiance feutrée, style classique, très beau. Bonus, les chambres qui ont des noms d'artistes belges dont le grand Marcel Broodthaers, artiste conceptuel culte.

The hotel is beautiful and located in the city centre. The room was spacious.

Cons:

Limited security. Our bag with computer etc. was stolen in the reception. There was nobody at the entrance in a busy place, and the receptionist was alone. This ruined our stay and pleasure and we spent most of our evening with the police. The hotel still charged us the full price for the night, “offering” us only breakfast and a small bottle from the minibar. Small comfort in our case. 😔

De kamer die ons was toegewezen was erg mooi. Authentieke sfeer, heel ruim en goed uitgerust!

Cons:

In de lobby en bij binnenkomst stonk het nogal naar riool. Dat vonden wij niet echt een warm welkom. Als dat verbeterd of verholpen kan worden, dan hadden we een hogere waardering gegeven.
