Cons:

Not that clean, no towels was available had to keep asking for them. Didn't make up your bed had to beg for them. Never stay again. No breakfast just snacks

Cons:

Floors appeared dirty, bought a mop and mopped it myself. Bad smell in halls and room. Sprayed with febreeze often.

I liked that it was very clean. The staff was super sweet, and the breakfast was good. We liked the waffles and bagels.
