NEVER AGAIN
Pros:

The location and the staff was friendly

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. It was clear that proper cleaning had not been done before my arrival.

I actually had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies just to make the room somewhat livable, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The same day, I had to be switched to another room, but unfortunately, the issues didn’t improve much.

There was no consistent room service — I had to repeatedly ask for basic items like tissue, towels, and even for the trash to be taken out. At one point, I also had to request that the pool be cleaned, which should already be part of regular maintenance. On day two someone did come by to collect trash but what got me was that I had to get the trash and give it to her and put my own bags back in as if I worked there very unacceptable. Also no one ever came and made a bed up very disappointing.

To make matters worse, I found hair in the tub that clearly belonged to a previous guest. That alone made the stay feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was also very disappointing and did not meet expectations at all. Additionally, the pictures online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had while on vacation. I would not recommend staying here. I really do wish I could get my money back. Other than those issue I will the staff was nice and friendly.

The stay was good. It was decent for what we were in town for. I wouldn’t book for an extended stay though.

It was a mediocre facility, offering minimal comfort and convenience and priced too high.
Cons:

Too crowded, hard to access the breakfast bar because of people standing around toasting bread, pouring coffee, cooking waffles, or trying to get to different food items.
