Welcoming atmosphere at the entrance. Everything looked and smelled clean. Breakfast was acceptable.

Showed up late after driving all day. The staff was so nice and made a point to make me smile and feel welcome!
We weren’t looking for fancy we were looking for clean. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, etc. we have had a few bad experiences of late
The water at our sink did not work. We got in late and just wanted to go to sleep. Went to brush out teeth. We at this point did not want to change rooms so we used the bathtub faucet. When told staff they were rude and said it was not her fault. Really??
That was okay.
Got in late. It was a stopping point on my way to Dallas. The hotel was a great place to rest for a few hours before I hit the road again.
This location is approximately half way on our travels to visit family. It’s nice to have a hotel we can count on for that stop.

Excellent find after struggling to find something economical and pet friendly in Hays. Clean, friendly staff, and hot breakfast. Great stay!
Very nice stop along I 70
The luggage carts could probably be replaced. They're both in pretty rough shape & hard to manage. I had to call the front desk to get the t.v. in the room operational. The curtains & plastic hardware in my specific room need to be replaced. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the room was very nice.
